These are delicious when seasoned and pan sautéed, cook quickly and are consistently high quality. I prefer the salmon!

The tilapia is good. Just watch our for bones. We found a bone in three separate pieces (so far) and I’ve never found bones in tilapia before.

Not a fish eater but really like these with a white wine/butter/lemon/caper sauce. Perfect portion size.

My wife and MIL prefer this to salmon, don’t know why. Might as well eat chicken. I prefer wild caught salmon.
