This is like my third time of ordering the tilapia frozen fish from Sam’s Club. It is an excellent product and I love to bake it. I put herbs on it and garlic and olive oil and it’s so tasteful with a little lemon juice squeezed on it.

Defrost overnight in fridge. Spray filets with EVOO, sprinkle s&p and a little Stevia. Fry on medium high a few minutes per side. Plate and sprinkle slivered almonds on top. SO GOOD! No skin. No bones.

Found a recipe on line to prepare these with melted butter, garlic and a few other seasonings I had on hand. Baked them in the oven in 10 minutes. So very good!
