We received 2 pallets of water and they were crushed. The transportation company that delivered them gave me a form to submit a claim for it. We chose not to as the bottles are so flimsy that it was pretty understandable why they caved in as they did. We will order a better product!!!

Arrived quickly

I waited 2 weeks for the first pallet of water to be delivered, but it never came. I had to call and find out why my pallet was never delivered and they couldn't even get ahold of the freight company, so they had to create a replacement order. So I had to wait another 2 weeks for this new order, and guess what..... it also never arrived. This is ridiculous!

We buy bottled water by the pallet. We used to pick it up ourselves, but why would we when Sam's club often offers free shipping.
