My delivery guy, Joe was so nice and pleasant! I had the water shipped to my (80 year old) mom’s house in Barnegat, NJ. There was a snow storm coming that day and I asked if he could put the pallet of water in my mom’s garage. He was so nice and told me he would do it. I am so grateful to Joe for placing the water inside her garage. Very pleased with the delivery!

This was the 2nd purchase of 48 cases of member's mark water for our warehouse. This is the easiest way to make sure our employees always have water to drink. Sam's club delivers the pallet of water to our dock, eliminating the need to transport. So easy and convenient!

The pallet comes in with 4 bottles broken on the corner and a few was out of shape (not sure if it happen in the delivery dept.). We have to throw away some because of the spilling. The wrapping was done ok therefore the cases was like a zigzag. Due to Covid right now everyone was concern in my company...over all it does come on time and good.

The $150+ delivery/convenience charge seems to be a bit extravagant

This water tastes exactly like water. Side note - this time the cases of water were not damaged.

Getting them to my business was already a pain. Once we received them and used them for our event unfortunately we had way too many bottles that were leaking and went completely empty.

We purchased a pallet of water online for the Police Department. Thought it would be much easier than taking the van and arranging pick up of a pallet. Unfortunately it was more of a pain. The pallet of water arrived on a truck with no lift gate or pallet jack or anything to move the pallet off of the truck. We had to tear the pallet apart on the truck and carry the water case by case into the building. How do you deliver a pallet without the tools to deliver/ move the pallet??

So, we have a small business and we have workers that need water to go out on jobs to make sure they stay hydrated. We ordered this water and we were not told till after it was ordered and on it's way that it would cost $195 for them to take it off the truck if we did not have a forklift. That is pretty ridiculous. I am sure the driver doesn't get that and just so you will know they have a small manual dolly that can walk this right off the truck with no issues. Our guys even helped move it off the truck and loaded it into our shop. The drive had to hardly do anything, but we are being charged $195 for our guys to move the water. I won't do this again.

I ordered a pallet of water for our football team on July 13 and it didn’t get delivered until July 30th. Needless to say the team got thirsty waiting!!!! I called 4 different times and was on the phone each time for at least a hour. No one could track the water or even tell me when it would be delivered. They also would not allow me to cancel my order. Then when I added up the price it cost way more then me just buying it at the store which didn’t make since. I will never do that again. From now own I will just go to the store and buy it at regular price and load it in a truck.

DO NOT BUY PALLET OF WATER FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS $300 MORE THAN THE STORE on their website return anytime, i tried to cancel been calling 1 hour after purchase all they tell me is lie everyday for hours today 8-1-2025 they told me not returnable thats a lie to i have the PROOF FROM WEBSITE
