Shipping was smooth enough but communication for something like this being delivered could be better.

I buy 4-5 pallets of bottled water every summer. I have never been disappointed with Sam's club purchase.

Purchasing this for fab shop. During the summer, we go thru a pallet in 3-4 weeks. Delivery is always free and here before noted delivery date.

We use about 3-4 cases of water each week, and having a few months supply delivered has really been a great time (and back) saver for us.

If you buy 48 cases of their 45-pack 16.9oz bottles, it'll cost $172, or 0.08c a bottle, but if you buy a pallet, you get 48 cases of 40-pack 16.9oz bottles for $419 or 0.22c a bottle. That's nearly 2.5x the cost if you buy bulk by the pallet. Why?

Do not buy this!!! They more than double the price when you order on line. I figured out it was almost Two and as half times higher than the price in store!!

How is it that 1 case of SAME water is $4.24, but a pallet with 40 of them only comes out to $169.60, or, I can pay $300 more, and get it this way? Um......BAD BUSINESS

I was charged $9.56 per case while Sam's is selling the same item for $3.98 at their store, I tried to return the pallet but found out it is non returnable. it is cheaper by more than $200 to buy individual case at the store. it's a rip-off !!!!!

Can you explain the price difference in ordering a pallet vs just going to buy individual cases? Convenience aside, you will literally save hundreds just going to get the cases yourself and purchasing individually. Price this better.

A normal case costs $3.98. If you bought 48 of those then your total would be $191.04 plus tax. The pallet costs more than $400. Do not buy this pallet.
