Pros- #1) Our kids LOVE it and spend so much time using all of the different features #2) It looks amazing put together and we have received many compliments #3) The swing set is large and our kids (currently 3&6) will be able to get many years out of it. #4) We researched many swing sets before deciding to stick with this one. This was a great price for everything you got and we have been very happy with our decision! Cons- #1) Setting up- to have it professionally put together was pretty expensive so we opted to put it together ourselves. We knew it would take a bit longer this way. It took approximately 30 hours to put together with primarily my husband doing it himself. I helped to pull each of the wood pieces out and organize them step-by-step for him to just “grab and go”. #2) The wood is a little thin. So far it has not been an issue but I’m just concerned it will not hold up over the next few years.

We bought this playset after our last one was taken out by a storm. It was surprisingly "easy" to put together. I did the majority of it myself and I am a 33 year old female teacher. I have 3 children ages 3-7 and they all love it. We even added a little table and bench up above so they can eat lunch in it. The only issue we had was with the plastic of the tunnel and not lining up perfectly, but we added a different piece of wood and you'd never know it didn't come with it. All of the neighbor kids love playing on our set, even the ones with their own!

Bought it a year ago and it has held up well throughout the winter months. I have a 9 year old girl and twin 2 year old boys. They love the slide and my daughter spends most of her time in the tree house as she calls it. It’s nice that all three of them can swing at the same time. It was fairly easy to put together took 5 of us 2- 5 hour days to finish it.

This is the second of these sets we have bought. The first was 17 years ago, and it lasted until this past year. We finally had to bring it down. We were amazed to see that this model was still being made so we ordered it right away and had it installed in our yard. Our 5 year old absolutely loves it. I’m glad he is able to have the same experience as our older child had. Really amazing product

We bought this playset as sort of a housewarming gift for my daughter and her husband and their 2 kids. It was quite a challenge to assemble, but I knew that my son-in-law was capable. It took him a couple of days in total. But my granddaughters were chomping at the bit to use it. The younger one, who was about 2-1/2 at the time, had no problem climbing the ladder to crawl through the tunnel. Almost every time my wife and I visit, at least one of them is in the back yard playing on this set. They love it.

I purchased this set almost a year ago and it still looks and plays great. Some of the smaller, less important wood pieces have had to get nailed back in but my kids are ruff with it. We have had several house parties and all the kids run ramped on it with no issues. Ages 8mnths - 16yrs and even some adults have enjoyed it. Great purchase for the price.

As a Grandfather to watch my Grandchildren laughing and having such a Wonderful time playing on your extremely well built swing set is one of my Greatest joys for an old man!! I had an initial small problem with getting a part and customer service stayed on it until I was completely satisfied!! Thank you and your company for selling a Great product that brings joy to ALL ages!!!

We bought this for our kids’ birthdays - Ages 9, 6, and 4. We were worried that our 9 year old may be too old, but he loves it as this play set has something for everyone. It took me 2 whole days to assemble, but the instructions were very easy to follow - I highly recommend downloading the app and using those directions in addition to the paper instructions. Some of the pre-drilled holes were not aligned correct, but they were easy to fix. It looks great and our kids love it!!

This play set is amazing! It's pretty darn big and was not that hard to put together. There are a few pieces that are missing from the parts list they provide, but with knowledge of using a tape measure and the photo they provide of the piece you'll he fine. There were a couple of damaged/warped pieces but it was not to much of a set back since santa is bringing them the playset tomorrow morning I made due with what I had and will be getting those replaced after. It took me and a neighbor about 13 hours and I know my way around building material. In all fairness it got dark on us the last 5 hours of the first day so that Took a little longer. This was an amazing addition to our backyard and I'm so excited to see my kids face tomorrow morning, thanks for the great product Backyard Discovery!!!!

We bought this for our 3 youngest kiddos, and we are SO glad we did! With the increased amount of time we are spending at home with the Covid19 pandemic, its wonderful that our kids can still go out and be kids! This was well, well made. It took 1 person 4 days to complete.
