This play set arrived about 1 week ago. We had some e missing pieces which I called customer service about. They were very nice and we have all ready received the missing pieces. My husband is working on the set and his advise is to mark over the numbers on every piece. The numbers are very hard to read. The set is not completed yet but seems very sturdy.

Bought play set for grandkids, they love it! Took some time to put together but product is of good quality and very functional!

Absolutly amazing set. Long but easy install with the app. Easy step by step. I put every package of screws, nuts and bolts in its own paper bowl to make it easier to find. big help.

My 4 1/2 year old grandson loves it and helped his daddy build it over 5 days when the weather was about 35 degrees. A great bonding opportunity for them! Now he loves playing on it.

I bought Woodbridge elite playset which turned out very nice. The only issue we had is we didn’t receive the slide when the 4 boxes were shipped. Still waiting to see when our slide gets shipped and installed by backyard discovery installers........

its a extremely breakable swing set the screws will not catch on to anything you will need to purchase more screws the instruction is extremely unclair

Some of the screws/bolts necessary to complete the building of the set were missing. My husband had to stop working and go to Lowe's to purchase. This was an inconvenience.

Just finished assembly today. It takes some time , follow the directions and you will be fine. My advice is open the 4 boxes and assort the pieces by the letters. I did this on the second day and it was much better.

Bought it on the 28th, they dropped the price 2 weeks later $200. Contacted them and they would not price match due to it being over their policy of 8 days. They've lost a customer. As far as the swingset is concerned, LOVE IT. Took a full two days to put it together in 95 degree heat but it looks awesome and the instructions were solid. I'm 300 lbs and was able to stand on the top deck to complete the roof with no problems so I'm happy with the way it's built.

I purchased this for my grand babies Christmas present. They absolutely love it! - ages 4 and 1. I checked pricing on professional install and it was going to be $900 so my husband and I decided we could do it (i knew he could do it but I wasn’t sure how much help I could be). the manual (104 pages) said that 2 men could put it together in 18 hours. It took us approximately 30 hours. It was a time consuming step by step process. I don’t think more hands would have helped. The company did an excellent job packing the materials precisely in 4 large boxes. Each box had an inventory sheet with the contents of the box. All of the pieces were labeled with a letter and number. We didn’t take time to sort all of the pieces to start with as we knew that could take several hours. We would look at each step in the manual and then look at the box inventory sheets and start looking. We were able to have two drills running at the same time especially on the platform deck areas. So would I assemble another one? No way! I would pay the $900 and be done. However, the kids love it and I hope they will always remember that PaPa and BeBe put it together for them!
