Purchased this item for my 3yo and 7yo grandsons. Within three weeks the bar supporting the basketball net snapped. The plastic covering the springs is frayed. Skywalker customer service refuses to address either defect. Neither one is covered by their limited 3 year warranty. There is nowhere on line to find a copy of their warranty. Shipping for the damaged items is $54.00 plus the cost of the items. The replacement parts and shipping are going to cost almost half of what the product purchase price. Poor customer service on the part of Skywalker Sams online offered to reorder and have me return the trampoline. I paid $200 to have someone assemble it. To return it I would have to disassemble the broken trampoline and have to pay to have the new one reassembled. By the way, the trampoline is on three week back order.

This trampoline was by far the easiest I have ever put together .... I did it alone in 4 hours, but I did use a battery powered drill... I never had to wrestle with this as I had to in the paat...it is built of very solid materials, and I would recommend it to anyone that asked of me.... I also ordered a ladder kit comprised of a ladder with a storage compartment to be installed on the outer rim of the trampoline as is the ladder...It also had 4 u shaped brackets for holding the trampoline down... I am terrible at reading directions in detail. I look at pictures more than the words.. BIG MISTAKE!!! Because of that I had to take the entire thing about 3 times. Plus I didn't know there was a spring tool. When you do buy this it comes in 2 boxes. Make sure you open EVERYTHING! Make sure you read the directions very clearly as certain parts go in certain areas and have to be perfect. Aside from my mistakes.... This trampoline is build with strong materials the pad might not be the best but will serve its purpose. It states it holds 200lbs which I am not convinced I think its more. The basketball hoop is pretty cheap though so don't expect it to be the best it comes in 4 different pieces which Velcro together and comes apart pretty easily. I haven't set up the volleyball net yet as it is still winter and snowing but it looks like it is strong and good. The kids LOVE this and will spend hours on this and I am pretty sure it will last a very long time!

The quality of this trampoline is poor. The pole broke in half and its easily bent. The net and the blue padding are disintegrating. Skywalker (manufacturer) is not backing up their product. Getting the run around. Over all, I would never recommend this product and I would never buy from skywalker again.

To put it simply, this is a poor quality cheaply made trampoline. If I would have seen this trampoline in person we would not have purchased it. All of the metal components are very thin walled. We have had the trampoline up for 2-3 months now and 3 of the uprights have bent inwards from the wind and we have not even had our strong winter winds yet. All of the uprights are fully seated and they still bent. I'm very disappointed with this purchase and it's a shame that Sam's Club carries such a cheaply made product.

Like a lot of other reviews, the poles on this trampoline set are weak and eventually bend inward making the net floppy and somewhat useless. The poles are weakest where the square part meets the round part and they eventually cave in from the kids pushing and pulling on the net. Something they should be able to do without fear of breaking it. It bounces nice and my daughter really enjoyed it for the 2 years we've had it but sadly it has to go. With the poles bending more each time she plays on it and the safety net trying to cave in I just don't feel it's that safe for her play on anymore. This is my first experience with Skywalker products and I must say I'm not all that impressed. Their customer was helpful with a few missing parts when we first got it but aside from that this trampoline is trash.

We have 3 boys ages 9, 17, and 17. I can't speak of durability, as we just assembled this yesterday, but the boys have already enjoyed hours of fun on this trampoline. They love the basketball goal. We will add the other two sports items today for added enjoyment. I think those extra activities make this item more fun for the older crew. I am back today to order the accessory set as the Trampoline does sit quite high off the ground and I think the ladder will help my 9 year old get in and out. It took a lot of convincing to get my husband to agree to put this item up as he is an ER nurse and worries over potential fractures and injuries. However, the net is in place and we are using this as an opportunity to teach trampoline safety. As with any outdoor toy, there is some potential danger, but the key is to play responsibly. We limit to one of two bouncers at a time, and in these first few days, will monitor for safe vs unsafe behaviors. As I type, I hear giggles outside as they play, and that makes the cost worthwhile to me.

I bought this in March incase their was another surge of buying and they become out of stock once the nice weather hit ! We looked at everything before setting up to make sure it was all good even the Matt ! Sadly we didn’t see the penny inch hole on the Matt until after we finished since it was in a crease ! I’m not about to call for a refund either Bc this thing took all day to set up ! I will be calling soon to see if they will replace it ! Which Will suck Bc you will have to take down the safety net and un do all the little ties for the pad for the springs ! Than take every single spring off with the safety net and re do it all ! That’s the time consuming part !The video shows different steps than how the instruction manual told us to to it which was irritating! Never set up the basket ball hoop Bc it looked way to flimsy ! We will be trying the volly ball net next week! For now my 4 and two year old are having a blast !

This is our second trampoline from this company. First off, their customer service is terrible. The first trampoline was missing parts, even after many attempts, they never responded. The first trampoline bought three years ago under the same heading as this one was built much stronger. The uprights were strong and the whole setup was solid. The only thing was the jumping pad has metal anchors that the springs connect to. These over time will rust and the springs will fall off one by one. The cost to replace the jumping pad and the spring cover that the Florida sun kills was about what I paid for a complete new trampoline. Thinking it was the same company, same size it would be like the one from a few years ago. I was wrong. I promise you it is so very cheaply made. They have really scaled back the quality on this unit. It's been up since January and already from my 7yr and 10yr the uprights are bending in towards the center. When you try and bend them back, the metal splits. Complete junk. Stay clear, spend your money on a better unit if you want more use out of it.

We have no complaints with this product and our daughter loves it. Our only problem was we actually could not find the directions. They are packaged in a cardboard colored envelope housed inside the fold of the cardboard box. The packaging color is very similar to the box itself so we ended up using a You Tube video to assemble it. When my husband was cleaning up he found the envelope. The assembly is a little time consuming but not difficult and all the parts were there.
