The grandkids love this. The weather has turned perfect and the kids are on it all the time. Went with the 96 springs. Very sturdy and who knows. Might have a future Olympian some day.

Recently purchased this trampoline for my 3 Grandkids. All the parts were in the box had it together in 2-3 hours very well constructed and safe for the kiddies enclosure keeps kids inside. No problems with all 3 inside. all under 200lbs.

Trampoline arrived swiftly. To bad it had no instructions. After finding them online, went to put it up and the screws DO NOT fit. Found a number to the company under someone else's review that had the same problem. Calling Monday. Hope the overall quality is better than the packaging.

Like a lot of other reviews, the poles on this trampoline set are weak and eventually bend inward making the net floppy and somewhat useless. The poles are weakest where the square part meets the round part and they eventually cave in from the kids pushing and pulling on the net. Something they should be able to do without fear of breaking it. It bounces nice and my daughter really enjoyed it for the 2 years we've had it but sadly it has to go. With the poles bending more each time she plays on it and the safety net trying to cave in I just don't feel it's that safe for her play on anymore. This is my first experience with Skywalker products and I must say I'm not all that impressed. Their customer was helpful with a few missing parts when we first got it but aside from that this trampoline is trash.

First impression is poor company quality control. After unpacking the boxes the trampoline was missing 2 of the large curved tubes that make up the round frame. Missing parts for delivered items has to be one of the most frustrating customer experiences, especially when it comes to large parts like that.

I purchased this trampoline in March as soon as we set it up I was not pleased with the aesthetic of the net. It was loose and sagging I general. I kept asking my husband if there was another part for the top to tighten and he said that there was not. Now it is the beginning of June and the net is falling down from the poles and the foam coverings for the poles are already splitting. This is poor quality. I thought with a 4.5 rating on here it would be better. I was wrong! I am very disappointed.

MADE AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE!! I should have payed better attention to the weight rating, the entire frame is pretty much made out of the same type of tubing that the top of a chain link fence is made of, brackets flex when kids jump and will not last! they are under engineered!. Being a machinist and working with metal my entire life i can tell you this thing is junk and we will be lucky to get two seasons out of it! spend some more money and buy one with a much higher weight rating! this one is only good for little kids and wont last long!

What kind of product doesn't have directions or even a parts list? We had to search for a video online in order to put this together. It was a disaster and we will never buy another product from this brand. It also was missing some bolts so we had to buy some to secure the legs to each other.

I bought this in March incase their was another surge of buying and they become out of stock once the nice weather hit ! We looked at everything before setting up to make sure it was all good even the Matt ! Sadly we didn’t see the penny inch hole on the Matt until after we finished since it was in a crease ! I’m not about to call for a refund either Bc this thing took all day to set up ! I will be calling soon to see if they will replace it ! Which Will suck Bc you will have to take down the safety net and un do all the little ties for the pad for the springs ! Than take every single spring off with the safety net and re do it all ! That’s the time consuming part !The video shows different steps than how the instruction manual told us to to it which was irritating! Never set up the basket ball hoop Bc it looked way to flimsy ! We will be trying the volly ball net next week! For now my 4 and two year old are having a blast !

We have 3 grandchildren and we got it for them for Christmas. They had one but a storm took it away. We went ahead and gave it to them and my son and my husband put it together. It was so much better then the one that blow away. I am so glad that I ordered it on Thanksgiving morning and we got it that next Tuesday. Thanks Sam.
