I bought this for my daycare. The kids range from 14 months to five years old and they all love to play with it! Everything about the playset is fun and safe.

This is a very sturdy and well made swing set. My only con is that the toys it comes with are more for toddlers, so older kids won't get much use out of them. The telescope is also very low, so older kids have to bend uncomfortably to use it.

Some of the darker stained pieces could be labeled more clearly but I was able to complete anyway. Plenty of additional hardware if you misplace a piece. Typically one extra of each specialty piece like barrel nuts, plenty of extra screws.

I am unable to assemble myself and have to pay as I have no one that can do for free. There are a lot of pieces that should come assembled. Ridiculous number of parts and hardware. This took over 14 hours and unexpected time equals unexpected costs. I never thought Id need a contingency amount for assembly.

We got this for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday. She LOVES it! She would slide, swing and play in the awesome kitchen all day if we let her. It's Texas in late June, the temperature is around 95 degrees. She doesn't care, she just wants to be outside playing on this Bristol Point playset! It was relatively simple to install. We used the written instructions and the BILT app. Some of the boards look exactly the same but are left and right specific, so had to unscrew and start again several times. And like I said, it's in the 90's here in Texas, so that made the installation a little more difficult for 60 year old grand parents. But, it was all worth it to see how happy my granddaughter is. I am pleased with how well made and sturdy it is and am hopeful that it will last for many years and many grandchildren.

I have to say my kids love this swing set. It was a pain in the butt putting the tube slide on but it was worth it. Also want to give a shout out to the backyard discovery customer service because when we was putting the swing set together the wind was blowing hard and knocked it over. I called them up and they are sending us replacement items for no extra cost. So definitely recommend this company.

I bought this swing set and it has been assembled for a little over a month. My kiddos love it! They are ages 6, 4, and 2. There is lots to do and it keeps each of them busy for hours! I really wanted a swing set without Monkey Bars, with 3 places to swing, one for each kid, and with two slides. (My special-needs child lovingly calls the set “TWO Slides!” and the nickname has stuck for all of us). Delivery to our house took longer than expected. We ordered it from Sams Club on April 16th and it wasn't delivered until mid May, about a week later than it was estimated. Assembly went pretty flawlessly. All pieces were present. A couple pieces of wood had small splits, but we had waited so long for the set to be delivered, there was no way I was making my kids wait again for replacement pieces, especially since they weren't huge, weight-bearing planks. The BILT app is helpful for 3D images and being able to pan around and get a 360 view when needed. The slide took a long time to put together. Directions were very good, though we needed the BILT app to clarify somethings for us. It took a whole day to assemble with two of us (I suggest having two drills handy- there are Phillips and star bits and it will help with time not having to keep changing them out) and the slide took an additional 3-4 hours for assembly. The wood isn't flawless but it looks really nice. In some places the cedar color peeled off before assembly was complete, but not a huge deal to us. This playground gets lots of use and hopefully still will for years to come!

The kids love their playground! Shipping was a pain to deal with but the playground is great and going to last a long time!
