I bought this right before the Covid -19 outbreak! My kids have been able to use this every day to avoid cabin fever! They love the telescope, two slides, and pretending to have a restaurant, and the swings! Perfect for my 4 kids! Even the bay enjoys the swings!

Let me start by saying, this swing set is a show-stopper! We are absolutely thrilled with this product and our daughter cannot get enough! The quality of the set is amazing and it is truly a bargain for the price. Assembly was straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. We can already see that this play set is going to provide years of enjoyment for our family and we cannot recommend it enough!

We bought this a few weeks ago for our daughter (almost 3yo) and chose to assemble ourselves which we learned is not for the faint of heart. I'll review the assembly process, the features, and the customer service experience we've had since then. The assembly guide is very thorough and very easy to follow if you go slowly / read it entirely before beginning a step. There were one or two points where we learned later that we assembled a part incorrectly and had to reverse it quickly to make things align, etc. but all in all went very well. Prior to purchasing, we read a really funny review on here about the tube slide causing you to question your life choices and it was spot on - I would recommend dedicating an entire day just to that and you'll absolutely need 1, 2, or 3 sets of hands even. The suggested assembly time of 8 hours for the core set and 3 hours for the tube slide are wildly underestimated, but again - was not terrible and we still feel as if it was worth the money savings. The product itself is great - our daughter is obsessed with it already. We had some rain over the past week and the battery-operated burner on the kitchen set underneath showed signs of waterlog, rust, and no longer worked after the rain. I reached out to customer service this morning and they've already put in a replacement order for us at no charge. They customer service rep (Chase - shout out to you!) was so personable and even recommended getting a little storage box for the outdoor items to put underneath the counter which we'll do to prevent it from happening again.

This swing set has so many features that it easily entertains the littlest (18 month old) to the biggest (5 year old)! It took a good 2 days to build ourselves; but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Sturdy construction, lovely aesthetics, we're thrilled with this set!

Bought this playset over a year ago and the kids love it. My 2.5yr old enjoys the kitchen area while my 4.5yr old loves the slides and swing. I added a toddler swing so my younger kid can feel included and she loves it. The only down side was it took a lot of time to put it together ,which we didn't have. I planned a whole weekend with 3 adults who have construction backgrounds and we still didn't get it done. I would recommend getting the profession installation if you don't have time. Also, mine came with some wood split in a couple pieces but we fixed it. The slide was cracked in 2 places but my husband fixed it so it would continue to crack and I strategically placed the pieces on top so it wouldn't crack more or take weight. I'm sure I would have got replacement pieces but it sat for about 6months before putting it together bc covid, weather, and our work schedule. That's why I would SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND getting it installed if you don't have time or skill level.

The parts arrived in perfect condition and the directions were easy to follow! The swingset offers so many wonderful options that our children absolutely adore! We are having so much fun playing on the swings, multiple slides, chalkboards, rock climbing wall and kitchen area! It is a very well built product that we give "5 Stars" to and highly recommend! We purchased this product last year and it’s still Beautiful. The kids love it and use it a lot. The only complaint was how hard it was to put together. If we ever purchase another we will hire someone to put it together. Other than that, great swingset!

We live on a ranch with lots of places to play but this swing set is by FAR the favorite! We've had it up through the fall and winter and it weathered lots of kid hours and all the elements! After almost 8 months it still looks brand new! HIGHLY recommend

Though this takes quite a bit of work to put together even with 2 people, the finished product is worth the work. I would say that while the bilt app helped in some cases, it would have save me a lot of headaches to add worded descriptions to paper manual. There are so many great features that work for my five year old and others that work great for my one year old. We’ve even purchased some of the extra accessories to add to the fun.
