I purchase this playset from Sam's Club and it is beautiful. I did my research and decided that this was the right place that for my children. It took my husband and I two and a half days to get this done on time for Easter and we did have all day to do it. The instructions we're easy to read and I love how everything was place on the box that it was supposed to be and marked so it was all easy to follow.

My parents bought this for our kids, the wood is so thin every piece is split even though it's predrilled. It is made of tiny scrap pieces instead of real lumber, I have pictures I tried uploading. I refused to complete assemble for fear of my children getting hurt when this thing collapses from poor materials.

This swing set has so many features that it easily entertains the littlest (18 month old) to the biggest (5 year old)! It took a good 2 days to build ourselves; but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Sturdy construction, lovely aesthetics, we're thrilled with this set!

Size and design ended up being perfect for our use. Instructions were clear and relatively straight forward. Only complaint on the installation would be the tube slide. It took a alot of time to put together and install compared to what we got. Hopefully they can package or design the tube slide differently to make it less time consuming or just replace it was a normal slide. From start to finish we had about 20 hours to install completley with typically 2 people working.

I was handling most of this on my own, with a few instances where I needed a hand to handle five pieces at once while simultaneously drilling and holding a bolt. Sometimes challenging, but not impossible. Then, just as I am are nearing the finish line, the tube slide reaches from the underbelly of Hades and sucks down my energy and will to live. My kids become intellectually flaccid and run around in gleeful circles up and down every crevice of this behemoth which is the only reason I gave this a five out of ten. Figure out the tube slide shenanigans for future clients. I’m just glad I only have to do something like that once in my lifetime.

My review would have been 5 stars but this playset is a little smaller than I was expecting. The area on the deck is a barely big enough for both my kids to sit and play. The redeeming quality is the tube slide which my kids love. My husband and I put it together ourselves and it took us almost a month to finish completely because we had pieces that were broken when we opened the boxes and we were missing a vital piece of wood. We had to wait at least a week for each section that we needed to arrive. Also the tube slide it self took about 5 hours to assemble and attach to the set. Overall we are happy with this set but would have liked a little more room on the deck to play and preferably no broken pieces.

Got this last week from my parents and inlaws as present for my daughter. The amount of work installing it is intimidating. Took 8 hours of me and my dad/brother in law and only got through phase 5 of the 11 phase install. So far seems sturdy and solid and looks like it will be fun, but you'll want to block off a long 3 day weekend and have a few trusted hands that can help you.

Our child loves playing in his backyard set! He loves to climb and slide and BBQ. When a storm came through and his mixer got wet we contacted the customer service office they were so helpful in replacing the parts which made him so happy. Thank you for making such a great toy that will be enjoyed for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my children they love it it's keeps them busy for hours... its strong and entertaining...the tube slide is a Major hit... My 1 year old knows how to climb up on everything... I even swing too... get this you'll love it...

My kids love all the activities on the Bristol point playground. The slides are their favorite. They enjoy the 2?chalkboards, also. Unfortunately the sounds have not worked on the stove and blender since the day it was installed so that was disappointing. Although we have had it only 3 months, the pieces of wood that are painted are already chipping from the weather. Overall, kid approved.
