I bought this playset for my grandkids this past summer and they love it!!!! It is made of quallity pieces and there is so much for them to do on and in it!!! It has so many extra features, like a cute play grill and working doorbells!!!! Love this!!!

My wife and I got this play set and the kids love it. The swings have great spacing between them. They don’t feel congested with my 3 kids swinging at the same time, unlike others they have been on. The slides are solid. Make extra sure your building surface is well prepared and flat. I had to stop building and fix some areas I thought would be fine. It’s hard to align everything if the surface isn't flat. Otherwise, instructions were easy to follow.

We are very pleased with all of the features of this playset and have recommended these products to others. The first day we checked to make sure we had all of the pieces and that none were damaged. To our dismay one of the panels had been damaged by a forklift going through the bottom of one of the boxes. This was on a Saturday, I emailed the company and we had a new one by Tuesday. Later we discovered a problem with construction of one of the top side panels which caused a roof panel to not fit correctly. Again, I emailed customer service and they sent a new one. We found the Bilt app to be very useful in giving detailed instructions and the 3-D modeling was very helpful. Our only complaint is the amount of time it actually took to put together. The manual estimates 8 hours with two people. We had two very capable people and it took us 7.5 hours to get to the point of the picture, plus unboxing and making sure we had all of the pieces which took 1.5-2 hours itself. We lost count of the total hours we worked from start to finish but it was a lot. There were a lot of times when we said it would be nice to have a third person, especially when it came to the roof panels and the tube slide.

We got this swingset for our 2 kids (6 and 3) they enjoy it a ton! It took a few hours for 4 adults to put together the biggest pain was the tube slide. But once we got it together it was great. The kids love everything they can do on it. The company is a awesome and very easy to work with. The only issue we have ran in to is the rails that go up in the down the holes are predrilled which is nice but the screws don't grab well, we were worried they would pull off or fall off after awhile . We bought bigger ones and that seems to have helped. Overall we are very happy with this purchase

I bought this right before the Covid -19 outbreak! My kids have been able to use this every day to avoid cabin fever! They love the telescope, two slides, and pretending to have a restaurant, and the swings! Perfect for my 4 kids! Even the bay enjoys the swings!

My kids(1.5,3,5,7) have so much fun on this. My littlest 2 love to play in the kitchen and serve food. As well as go down the slides. The older 2 love the swings and bar to do "tricks" as well as the slides. Very glad we got this. It took my husband and I about 22 hours to get it all together last year. There have been a few minor issues but nothing that would deter us from recommending it or should we need to in the future buy from this company again. The one constant is there is a piece of wood near the tunnel slide that my kids have hit their heads on a few time now. I put a pool noodle on it so they notice it more as well as if they do bonk it won't hurt as much.

It takes forever to put together. But it does go togatherbeasy it is hunting through all the boxes because parts for each step are in multiple boxes. Only complaints I have are the screws for the spanning plate where way under sized and I see the need to brace under the long straight slide in the future a long with beefing up the board where it attaches to the tower I just do not see the bolts through the 3/4” board lasting with my bunch. Definitely glad my son was able to help as a large man as myself would not be able to do a lot of the steps as it would not hold me up.

We’ve had this for a year and the kids play on it pretty much everyday they can, if they can play on it all day they will. Now as for the adults if you can pay to have someone put it together for you who has done it before do it! If not definitely download the app! You will NEED it! The tube slide instructions are on there. Also a step that really helped that isn’t in the instructions but is worth the time spent doing. Go through alll of the steps and pull your screws & any parts you need and separate them into baggies and label them with what stage and step it is! And then keep the steps in a bigger ziploc bag for each stage! Helps out sooo much with time and you’re not afraid of loosing pieces in the grass or wherever you’re building it! AND definitely follow each step EXACTLY as it is, and be careful putting the screws in the boards can bust easy if you are too rough with the screws! Keep the tools to tighten down the screws over Time the swinging can loose them up if you don’t anchor it down if you think you might move it

I bought this playset a month ago and overall I am really happy with the product. It’s very sturdy and even has stakes that are driven into the ground to further secure the playset. My son loves both slides and the swing set. The kitchen is really cool too. I would highly recommend this playset.
