Best purchased ever

Excellent size

Thought this was my perfect laptop, until setup. Windows 11 is awful! When I read the specs on this laptop it said Windows 10 but guess I should've read the small print? It said some may come with 11. What good is that description? Returned and purchased the i5, with Windows 10 and no small print. Fingers crossed!

It serves the purpose. Unfortunately i didnt pay attention to the amount of storage available before purchasing and determined it has half of my old laptop and no touchscreen. Im also not happy with the backlit keyboard. Rather than illiminating the leyyers, it washes them out.

not a touch screen, not backlit, boardkey not easy to use, not 2 in 1

The external body of this laptop is straight garbage. The components that hold the screen to keyboard together have failed. Leaving the computer unusable and making it a TrashTop. We will be buying a different laptop with hopefully better external shell. Best of luck y’all

i really like the laptop which i would give 5 stars but the 2 yr carepack is hard to get registered after talking to a sams rep and a hp rep never did get it to work

Buyer beware! My laptop was refurbished, I thought I was buying brand new. The warranty expired last year!
