I am very pleased with this set. Provides fun for my four kids of wide age range. One issue we have had is the sink faucet broke off the first day my 3 year old daughter played with it and now we have exposed sharp screws. Also the Wood seems a little soft, we all ready have lots of nicks and dents just from everyday use and we have only had it for 2 months. Overall I am very happy with my purchase, provides hours of fun. Wish we could get the sink faucet replaced and we will replace any wood beams that crack or split overtime.

This is a very nice looking swing set. It was not that difficult to put together. It took two of us two days to fully assemble. We are very happy with the look of it. We are slightly disappointed with the quality of some of the hardware. We've had it built for only 3 months and already we've had to replace every screw on the rock climbing wall as the screws provided broke in half. A lot of the screws elsewhere on the set loosened and we've had to go around and retighten them. We also added support beams underneath the platform for the twisty slide because that platform was starting to droop and pull away from the set. I definitely recommend going through and adding extra support in many places if you want this set to last you a long time.

We bought this for my 15 month old back April and she loves it the only probably we have with it is the stove eye that makes the pot and pan and blender to work quit working after a thunderstorm would love to get a replacement for it that was one of her favorite things about the playset

This is a big project and takes some time to put together but the result is terrific. The tube slide is the toughest part. It also doesn't leave much flexibility if the ground isn't perfectly level. Definitely use the instruction book and not the app if you want to save your sanity. Just pay course attention to the direction of every single part.

Highly recommend having two people for the build. At the very least you'll need two for the slide. Overall the app instructions were good. Pay attention to the hole placement as I had to flip boards a couple times. The slide and staking to the ground are by far the most difficult steps. Looks great and my kids are so excited.

We bought this a few weeks ago for our daughter (almost 3yo) and chose to assemble ourselves which we learned is not for the faint of heart. I'll review the assembly process, the features, and the customer service experience we've had since then. The assembly guide is very thorough and very easy to follow if you go slowly / read it entirely before beginning a step. There were one or two points where we learned later that we assembled a part incorrectly and had to reverse it quickly to make things align, etc. but all in all went very well. Prior to purchasing, we read a really funny review on here about the tube slide causing you to question your life choices and it was spot on - I would recommend dedicating an entire day just to that and you'll absolutely need 1, 2, or 3 sets of hands even. The suggested assembly time of 8 hours for the core set and 3 hours for the tube slide are wildly underestimated, but again - was not terrible and we still feel as if it was worth the money savings. The product itself is great - our daughter is obsessed with it already. We had some rain over the past week and the battery-operated burner on the kitchen set underneath showed signs of waterlog, rust, and no longer worked after the rain. I reached out to customer service this morning and they've already put in a replacement order for us at no charge. They customer service rep (Chase - shout out to you!) was so personable and even recommended getting a little storage box for the outdoor items to put underneath the counter which we'll do to prevent it from happening again.

I bought this a few months ago and my kids love it! My husband put it together himself in 3 days, working a few hours each time. He said the instructions were super easy to read. Shipping was quick and flawless. I'd def. order another one, if needed in the future.

COVID social distancing caused me to purchase this for my grandchildren. They adore this set! It has so many features: two slides, an upstairs AND downstairs clubhouse, a kitchen (with a blender that “blends”!), swings, 2 chalkboards and MORE! We can pull the kiddie cars through for a “drive through” window while another is grilling on the grill-lots of options for imaginative play! I love that the swinging door is designed so that there are no pinched fingers. All in all a great purchase.
