Due to covid and not being able to go to the parks we purchased this playset for our girls. I’m so happy we did. They wanted an actual treehouse so we thought this was the next best thing! The features are great. They love to pretend play so they were ecstatic when they saw the grill! 2 slides and a climbing wall, it’s even better than a tree house! It definitely took my husband and stepson more than 8 hours to finish. I suggested they use the app but they didn’t. It took them about 3 partial days to finish. Overall I think the quality of the set is good for the price. There were a few damaged pieces but I contacted Backyard Discovery and they are sending me replacement pieces right away. I always wanted a swingset/playset as a child but never got one so I’m happy I am able to give one to my daughters. Thank you Backyard Discovery!

I love the product and would buy it again. The only down fall for me was the assembly. It took me 2- 10 hour days to complete the assembly. I probably spent more time looking though the 5 boxes and the parts bags for each step. My kids absolutely love it and it looks nice in our backyard. Those 2 things make it worth it.

We bought this a year ago for our kids and they have a lot of fun! There are many options so they don’t get bored. It’s held up fairly well but I did to make sure to stain it last year. We did need replacement parts as a few parts came broken upon delivery and they were very easy to work with to get the replacement parts.

We purchased the Bristol Point playset for our son. He absolutely loves it! He loves cooking in the kitchen at the bottom of the playground and loves sliding his toys down the wavy slide! Could not be more pleased with this playset! It took time to put together but it has been so worth it!

I bought this playset a month ago and overall I am really happy with the product. It’s very sturdy and even has stakes that are driven into the ground to further secure the playset. My son loves both slides and the swing set. The kitchen is really cool too. I would highly recommend this playset.

This play set is great bang for your buck. kids love it, can hardly get them to come inside now. However, if you are putting it together have a good power drill and take the time to lay everything out before you start. Hardware it comes we can be a little cheap and break easily so have some extra screw to reinforce the set after your done.

Great swing set! The slides are amazing! The assembly is really straight forward and just takes some time but anyone could do it. I did half of the assembly myself without help and the other half my wife helped and it took around 16-17 hours. The tube assembly is the worst part as it just takes time and make sure to pay attention to the directions. Use the BILT app for assembly and it makes it extremely easy to not miss something. Don’t waste money paying someone to assemble as it is not hard and does not need a carpenter or a professional to assemble.

Purchased this model because we wanted something tall enough for older kids and it did not disappoint! Love the extras - like climbing handles, cookset and bell. It is an absolute beast to assemble- so lay it out in the backyard by letter and give yourself several days for construction.

Our son is almost 2, so we started looking for a playset for him. He goes out every day and plays in the kitchen, swings, and goes down the slides. I love all the features this playset comes with...the kitchen is definitely more practical than having just a bench underneath like some models. We bought a glider to use instead of the handle bars for now until our son is older. We assembled ourself. It was not bad and the bilt app helped a lot with specific instructions and 3D visuals. One panel came damaged, but the customer service was great when we called and sent out a new piece right away with no hassle. We are very happy we bought this playset.

We bought this last year and the kids (6, 4, and 18 months) have had countless hours of fun on it already! My husband and a friend started building about 7am, a couple other friends joined around 10 and 12, and they were all done by about 3pm. We couldn’t be more happy with this purchase!
