I love the product and would buy it again. The only down fall for me was the assembly. It took me 2- 10 hour days to complete the assembly. I probably spent more time looking though the 5 boxes and the parts bags for each step. My kids absolutely love it and it looks nice in our backyard. Those 2 things make it worth it.

We bought this about 8 months ago and our daughter and her neighbor friends play on it often. They love it! It has held up well so far with regular use. We have only had to tighten the swing bolts, which is to be expected. Well worth the purchase. My advice to you is to spend the extra for assembly. Holy moly. This thing is a pain in the rear-end to put together. And it's a blow to your self-esteem when you go WAY over the expected assembly time in the instructions. In the end, it was well worth the hassle, but we almost ended up with a balcony instead of a tube slide.

We got this for my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday. She LOVES it! She would slide, swing and play in the awesome kitchen all day if we let her. It’s Texas in late June, the temperature is around 95 degrees. She doesn’t care, she just wants to be outside playing on this Bristol Point playset! It was relatively simple to install. We used the written instructions and the BILT app. Some of the boards look exactly the same but are left and right specific, so had to unscrew and start again several times. And like I said, it’s in the 90’s here in Texas, so that made the installation a little more difficult for 60 year old grand parents. But, it was all worth it to see how happy my granddaughter is. I am pleased with how well made and sturdy it is and am hopeful that it will last for many years and many grandchildren.

We bought this a couple of weeks ago for our 3yr old grandson. We assembled it over the Memorial Day weekend. It went together fairly easily. There we a couple of places where the holes didn't quite line up but that's what power tools are for. Overall it was a pleasant experience with my grandson helping and it will be a memory that lasts a lifetime.

My kids love all the activities on the Bristol point playground. The slides are their favorite. They enjoy the 2?chalkboards, also. Unfortunately the sounds have not worked on the stove and blender since the day it was installed so that was disappointing. Although we have had it only 3 months, the pieces of wood that are painted are already chipping from the weather. Overall, kid approved.

I now have a park in my back yard. My daughter LOVES everything about it. She often plays house on the bottom sections with the kitchen. Then2 chalkboards it comes with were a great touch as well. The cedar wood is very durable and it looks incredibly classy. I would recommend this set to anyone.

It looks nice, but the house is rather small (at max only 2 kids will fit on the upper or lower floor). The wood is very light low quality. There are a lot of pieces in which the screws and holes don't match.. The floor pieces were cut wrong and the holes for screws and floor base do not match (creating a 1in gap to the side). Husband is pretty handy and he will buy extra wood to fix the issue. Also, a lot of screws and bolts are stripped so they don't get tightened. Overall we are very disappointed. For the price I could've gotten the kidkraft castlewood since it actually has a good sized house (even adults fit there) and seems more sturdy.

I bought this in July 2020. Shipping was right on time and communicated well. The app with instructions is super helpful! One piece was cracked but it was easy to fix with glue, a screw, and clamps. It took us 14 hours with 3 people to build. It looks great and our kids love it!

Though we exceeded the suggested build time of 8 hours, it really was not hard to assemble. I am very detail oriented so we took our time, read ahead and made sure it was done right the first time. though the instructions that came in the box were confusing at times, the Bilt Ap made it much easier to follow. it broke down the booklet into smaller more manageable easy to follow steps. the kids love it so much that we have a hard time getting them off of it for meal time. the second level has been proven big enough for then to enjoy a little picnic up there from time to time. the only negative is the rock wall. I feel like there needs to be an additional support beam to go across the middle as the center of each plank is quite flimsy. I will be adding one in myself soon.

I purchased the backyard discovery bristol point swing set in mid-june-ish and it arrived way faster than anticipated! I didn’t pay for assembly and boy do I regret it. It took 3 people 3 days to assemble this swing set (instruction say 2 people 8 hrs). This is absolutely inaccurate. One person is a contractor and the other two are very handy. I gave it 5 stars bc it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL and my girls LOVE IT! My 12 year old would spend all day inside of it were up to her on her phone etc. but now she voluntarily goes outside (shocker) and spends at least 2 hrs a day on the swing. My 3 yr old spends every waking moment outside LOL. I have to force her to come inside and watch a show so that I can cook lol Overall I HIGHLY recommend this STUNNING swing set! It’s super sturdy (my husband loves it too lol) and I love it too lol. The price is great for this swing set. All other similar ones were over $2500! When you get it please just hire the pros so that you don’t spend hrs and hrs in the beaming sun setting this thing up :)
