Assembled this in May, our toddler loves it. Delivery was great, assembly took a long time for one person (3-4 days, about 4-5 hours per day). Tube slide takes a very long, frustrating time to assemble, so be prepared. there were imperfections, like some splintered wood, but all in all good. Customer service is EXTREMELY fast and friendly, sent replacements immediately. All in all highly recommend, it looks very pretty. In retrospect kind of wish we got the one with the monkey bars and picnic table under the lookout tower for $200 more, but this one is great too.

My wife and I purchased this for our daughter who is two and she loves it. Her friends loved it at her birthday party. Everything was included in the boxes, I did not have to call and have lost parts shipped to me. It went together easily and I encountered minimal splitting of the wood while putting it together. The only thing I would ask is for the instructions on the large slide you have to assemble to be a little more clear.

It is an awesome set and my daughter loves it. But be prepared for a large amlunt of work. I am pretty handy and had all the power tools to do this but it still took my wife and i probably a total of 35 hours to finish the build. It was a lot of work but the 3d app instructions really were a life saver. If you are not much for construction you will need to hire someone to build this. If I had to do it again I would pay quite a bit to have someone else do it.

My husband is very handy so it was not too awful for him to put together- just took some time. This is our second summer with the play set and our boys are on it every day! It is holding up just fine after the crazy Ohio winter weather we had this last season. The mini kitchen is an absolute favorite as well as the spiral slide.

Our daughter got this after we purchased our new home. It was definitely the best purchase of the year! She loves the 2 slides and the chalk features but the best if the play kitchen underneath. The materials are great. Would definitely recommend using the bilt app for assembly assistance. This will be loved for years to come!

We couldn’t be happier with this purchase! Our 3 year old son has so much fun playing with the kitchen accessories and the slides. It’s well made and although time consuming, pretty easy to put together. Instead of sealing the wood, we decided to have it painted and it’s the perfect addition to our backyard! Oh and they also have wonderful customer service. Half way through the assembly, a tree fell right onto the playset and broke several large pieces. Customer service shipped us replacements at no cost.

This swing set has so many features that it easily entertains the littlest (18 month old) to the biggest (5 year old)! It took a good 2 days to build ourselves; but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Sturdy construction, lovely aesthetics, we're thrilled with this set!

Purchased on May of 2021. I assembled by myself. A handful of structural pieces were either missing or damaged upon arrival. I replicated the missing pieces out of pressure treated wood and then color matched them with the play set. Overall, it took me about 10 days with 2-3hrs a day to assemble by myself. I would definitely recommend not trying to do the tube slide solo because it got a bit tricky trying to balance the slide and tighten bolts alone. Otherwise the directions and packaging were detailed and succinct.

Purchased this model because we wanted something tall enough for older kids and it did not disappoint! Love the extras - like climbing handles, cookset and bell. It is an absolute beast to assemble- so lay it out in the backyard by letter and give yourself several days for construction.
