This is my son’s first real swing set and he loves it! It was a bit of a pain to put together, definitely have a few helpers. The instructions are not the best but if you read into them hard enough it’s fairly simple to assemble with help. One suggestion is try to level out your yard to almost perfect for better results.

Great looking play ground but putting it together is no easy chore and especially when directions don’t always make sense in order they are supposed to be done. also getting some broken/chipped pieces make it harder. Great in theory and if no one goes up to it never know it’s flaws

nice very solid set made of cedar and it splits easily when putting in screws and is very difficult to assemble it took 2-3 people 4 days to assemble 8 to 9 hours a day instructions not very good not clear on what to screw and boards are not all clearly marked

We purchased this for our small children and they absouletly love it and are outside playing on it everyday that they can. The playset even came with some food and pots and pans to use in the kitchen. My kids love the fact that the burner makes noise when you put some of the pots on it and they love using the blender. The App really helped us put it together however, it took us a full 24 hours of work instead of the projected 8. It definintaly takes two people to put some of the parts together so make sure you have someone to help you.

I am very pleased with this swingset/play set. It is amazing. I am a little dissapointed that I purchased this on 4/8/19 for $1198.00 and received it 4/19/19 and then I get an instant savings book and it is now on sale for $898.00 and when I contacted Sam's Club they would not honor the discounted price. Or even compensate me for part of the difference in price, because they only do that if it has been 8 days since the purchase. Still love the swing set and so does my grandson

First off I have to say this play set has SO many parts and pieces, it was overwhelming to say the least. My husband with the help of my father in law put it together in about 4-5 days. It is a nice play set but for the money I was expecting the wood to be a bit thicker. Some parts of it feel a little unstable such as the steps and the wood on the side of the swing set. The deck area is a bit small, not very wide at all. It was hard to tell from the pictures how big of an area it was and it really isn’t big at all. My girls (6,5 and 2) like to sit up there and play with their babies and toys and it is not very spacious. They definitely enjoy the little kitchen area at the bottom, that may be their favorite part. All in all I’m not sure if I would buy this again because of the lack of space at the top as I was looking for something a bit wider to accommodate my three kids. For the right family it’s a decent play set. My kids love it so overall I am happy.

Need other tools to install, took day 1/2 to assy. Several parts not marked, several cannot id due to fading of ink. Build tube slide from swing to ground, look at seems in diagram. Door already broke by 4 year old, lasted about one week. I expect many repairs because wood is dry and weak. Kids love it, play on often. I would recommend for large flat level area and semi skilled wood crafter. You will feel over whelmed when you see all boxes. Unpack and put all similar items together. Good luck.

After months of waiting to find the perfect set, we finally had it installed last week. Our daughter is 2.5 and LOVES it. Can't comment on how well it'll hold up, but it looks great and she's loving it! We paid for the GoConfigure installation and it was a DEAL at $300 - HIGHLY recommend vs. finding someone locally.

There is a lot of broken pieces and can’t complete the rest to build and no one will call me back to replace parts. Had it almost put together all the way except the slides and one of the main panels for the side is completely cracked so now I’m stuck and not sure what to do.

I won't lie, I was a little nervous after reading some of the prior reviews. Our 5 boxes showed up and the nicest delivery guy brought everything into the garage with me since we were expecting rain. Once the rain was cleared, my husband and I both went through the boxes, organized the pieces by their letter/ number and made sure everything was there... we had a few pieces that we really had to look for the marking of the letter, but other than that..it was all there and well marked! We did pre-drill a few holes in the stairs to avoid splitting the wood. (Make sure you have a good tool set handy) But other than that, we are both impressed and the kids are SO excited!
