I bought a three pack lotion of this product and at first I thought the pump must be broke well the second bottle I thought this is not a pump being broke. It’s designed so people can’t pump the bottle in public. I bring it home and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to open this pump I push down andI turned it the top left and right. I looked on YouTube they had some suggestions because people were having problems with that too and I am I still cannot use the pump. I have to take the too off turn the bottle upside down and put it in my hand and then spread the lotion on my body that was not what it was designed to do. Little frustrating!

It's pretty good for my legs and hands, but it made my back and neck break out pretty bad. So be careful if you have similar problems with your skin. I do like the non-greasy feel on my hands, so I will continue to use this as a hand lotion only.
