bring back the original formula, the Pro-Ceramide formulas are to thick. like putting syrup on your skin.

The picture of the product is what I wanted. They sent me the wrong product 3 times!!!! The one they send has Glycerin and Shea butter. It's like putting Crisco on your skin. Never did get it right. Don't understand how this happened when I called each time went over and over the problem. Gave up! They don't care 🤬

Poor communication with customer service.

I do not like using lotion because of the film that usually stays behind making my skin feel sticky. Luckily this Lubriderm does not and still keeps my skin hydrated and soft. I've noticed that my skin is not dry and flaky anymore. Exactly what I was looking for.
