I bought this for my garage, and it brought the humidity down from 70 percent to 40 overnight. However, I had no idea how much heat this unit puts out. When I went into the garage the next morning, it was 100 degrees. Before running this, the temperature would be around 85 in the morning. I'm not sure if I will be able to use this during the hottest months, as the manual states the operating temperature is between 41 and 95 degrees. This is a powerful and well designed dehumidifier, it deserves 5 stars for that. I also think the operating conditions would be important to disclose in the specifications.

Had it shipped to the house and plugged it in. It had a EH code and would not start. Googled the code since it's not in the manual. Bad humidity sensor. I guess they don't test them before boxing. Returning it to the Store.
