We just bought this set and our kids love it! We bought it during the COVID-19 social distancing time, so delivery was just offered at the end of the driveway with one man removing it from the large truck. As far as assembly, it takes a while, so be prepared! It took 3 days total, but working about 2-3 hours each of those 3 days...but it was worth it. The kids love the swings, slide, and monkey bars. I can even stand straight in the tower (I’m 5’4”). We are very happy with our purchase and I would recommend it. I may look at purchasing the stabilizer set in the future.

This playground has been a life saver! With a home surrounded by nothing but dirt, no fences, and construction, we needed something for our kids to do outside. This playground was our answer for it all! The metal and plastic is sturdy and holds up well against all the wind and dirt, not to mention my roudy kids. I also highly recommend springing for the install. They came and put it together in about 4.5 hours and did a great job; much more preferable to the headache and 2plus days to get it done.

I feel bad rating this with 1 star because I really give it a 4 overall. Except I want people to be away! My parents bought this set for the grandkids. My kids okay with it all the time. And have complained and cried when walking up or down the slide that it's hot! Well today when all the kids were playing my 2 year old nephew climbed up the slide and started screaming. We ran over to grab him off and to my horror the pads of his feet were raw. The slide burned his feet so bad! We ran him in and soaked them but decided he needed medical attention. He has 2nd degree burns on both feet! Had to be put under given morphine and had his feet scrapped and wrapped. He goes to the burn unit tomorrow! He can't walk for 4-6 weeks! Guys this is so so scary! And burns are nothing to mess around with. The saddest part is today's high was 77 degrees in Utah. The slide got that hot! Please please be cautious! Wet the slide wear pants. Don't let your babies get burned!!!

Quality is very high. I was able to build it myself in a few days. I had no one to help. Instructions are super clear. If you are not mechanically inclined, you will need to hire someone for assembly. Skill level “Moderate”. It is much bigger than it looks on line. I weigh 250lbs. The swings hold me just fine. This is a lot of set for your money. Be advised, there is a lot of assembly required!!! Follow the instructions!!!

We purchased this for our church and the kids are absolutely loving it. Not too big for a small playground and not too small for all ages to enjoy. We substituted the trapeze bar for a bucket baby swing (purchased through a local hardware store); and added foam padding to the horizontal support bars in the tower (preventing bumped heads at the slide and ladder entrance). My suggestion is to have patience when putting this together. Lay out all of the pieces in consecutive order and follow the directions exactly. It will take a couple of days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set has been assembled for a couple weeks now and my kids absolutely love it! We wanted to get a said that they could grow into and this is perfect. We had an issue assembling the a frame and needed new parts. The company was easy to contact and shipped out new polls right away. Could not be happier!

First let me say now that it's FINALLY together it's the best swing set. Now to the awful part. When you buy it, pay someone else to deal with the company's horrible packaging and mistakes. First, the boxes and marked 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. Nothing about a 4th piece which is the slide. So when you buy it, insist you get all pieces. The slide is NOT in the 3 boxes. Now open the boxes and instructions. The instructions say things are marked with letters. It would make life so much easier if they were. Only about 10% were marked and they were the parts that were obvious. My husband who assembles things all time, started struggling through it, but we were following directions to a "t". When we got to part of step 3, we realized we were sent two swing poles instead of 1 swing pole and 3 regular poles. It was a nightmare. It was too late to try and take apart so we ended up drilling holes to make it work. The roof didn't fit right but we finally made a way to make it work. Based on that whole experience I wouldn't recommend anything from Lifetime unless it comes with professional installation. Now that it's together, it's solid and we are happy, but not worth the tears we cried or getting injured over fighting to get things to fit.

I erected this product and it was a great play structure for my kids and their friends. A few months later we had severe weather and extremely strong winds. The winds picked this up a carried it nearly 100 feet before placing it not so gently back on the ground on its side. (I did not have it anchored properly). I got online and found the parts list I needed and called customer service. I was connected to a very helpful lady that was very patient with me. She done a wonderful job putting together the order I need to replace the bent parts. I was extremely happy with this product and the customer service Lifetime provided me. I will purchase more products from Lifetime in the future not only because I think this product is quality but as important the lady in customer service was so pleasant to work with. 5 star product 5 star customer service. I have a 5, 4 and 2 year old. I would definitely say this play structure is something for older kids. With the two big openings it is just too risky and such a HUGE fall if one of them we’re too get too close to an edge. I got this play structure for my kids to play but I end up stressing out the entire time because I fear them falling

When assembling our playground we discovered some pieces that didn’t fit together properly. When we called for assistance, the technician was very knowledgeable and ready to help. When we came to the conclusion it was a manufacturing problem, the technician sent us a whole new part. We will definitely buy from you guys again
