Been taking Collagen Peptides for a few years off and on. I have to say one scoop in my coffee or smoothie is all I need. Gives me energy and noticed my hair and nails are growing fast and strong.

I have been using this for a few weeks now, so not really long enough to tell a difference in my skin/nails/joints but it dissolves very well and I cannot taste it in my coffee/greens/smoothies at all. So its easy to be consistent.

I’ve been using this product for a year now. And yes I have seen improvements. I take my 2 scoops every morning in my coffee. I kept the scoop from the old containers bcuz now they don’t have them. You have to try out. It really works.

Not sure if it is helping as this is my first few weeks of using it. It is very difficult to dissolve in a cold beverage. I may be able to give it a higher rating after a few months of use.

The lid on a new canister has a protective plastic ring around the bottom edge of the lid. This seal was removed. There is absolutely no legitimate reason for this to have been done.

My go to collagen. Quick dissolve in hot beverages, if you just move it (no stirring) will dissolve, cold is ok to dissolve with a spoon, not a big deal. No flavor mo taste at all. Best price ever is at Sam's.

Vital Proteins is the best powdered collagen product for mixing with drinks. It imparts no flavor or discernible texture. My wife can tell a difference in her nail strength and growth. The jury is still out on the value as it is somewhat expensive.

I love this brand of Collagen peptides. You cannot taste anything. Only issue is this shipment did not come with the normal scoop that is usually enclosed.

It's tasteless. It can be used in drink or food. If it's going in something cold, first dissolve it in a little warm water or juice. I put it in my moms coffee & she couldn't tell that it was in there.
