I made my first purchase a month ago so I have not seen results so far. I know it takes time so I am willing to continue.

I love vital proteins. I truthfully don't like the taste of the unflavored alone but usually mix it with lemonade, juice, etc. and it tastes great!

I put this in my smoothie every morning and have felt more energy in my workouts. My hair, skin, and nails are reaping the benefits too!
