I have been taking this product for 2 months. I do not see any results yet. 2 side effects - General nausea and bloating.

Great for my smoothies. Can't tell it's there. Haven't tried it any other foods yet. Dissolves really easy.

I am on my second bottle of the powder and I love it! The taste is not the beat in my opinion but I just mix it with acv, lemon & honey and it helps.

I like the savings with auto ship and the quality of the product! No taste and it mixes well ethe in my morning coffee or shake!

I think it has quality ingredients, but after 2 months of use I did not notice any difference in joints, hair or skin.
