This form of collagen worked better for hair and nail growth than many of the capsule based supplements. And, it was user friendly since it can be mixed in many types of liquids.

This stuff is awesome!! It mixes into just about anything and adds a great undetectable protein boost! It's also great for digestion! We put it in smoothies, oatmeal, coffee & tea, and more!!!

I bought the original vital proteins in the blue canister.. I mix it in my homemade dark hot chocolate mix it is so creamy and delicious.. I absolutely love it.. I feel like I am drinking a lava cake.

Has no taste, just as promised. I've had it in coffee, orange juice, and a smoothie and I couldn't taste it in any of them. I will definitely be purchasing again!!

I saw the results of drinking the collagen but it mixes better in hot than it does cold. In cold, it clumps up and you have to wait for the drink to cool and then it will desolve or have to blend it to drink it right away

I had no Nails my hair was standing and I started this a few months ago and my nails are growing my hair is thickening and I love the product pushed it worked a little bit more on my wrinkles but I'm sure they're working on that one.
