I tried it for 3 weeks now and I love it. It dissolves very well in warm liquids and has no taste. I did not see big difference in my hair or skin yet but it has been only 3 weeks since I started using it... but I’m enjoying it big time.

Took this product on the advice of my physician. Used only in the morning, recommended dose. Had to stop using because I was waking up in the middle of the night unable to breathe. No idea what I was reacting to.
