The powder dissolves really well in hot tea, which is the main way I use it. It also mixes pretty well into my BCAAs for a post-workout boost. I do notice a slight flavor but it all depends on what I am mixing the powder with.

My dermatologist recommended this in powder form and it’s actually easy to drink in coffee. I did wonder if this interacts with blood pressure meds or others.
