I have been using this for a while. Although my nails have improved some my hair has gotten thicker and grows faster - too fast while we were in stay-at-home mode! I also have noted some improvement in my joint health.

Although the product specifies unflavoured, there is a horrible taste and smell. I only realised this after I bought it and to drink it, I have to add juice or something to disguise the taste. Awful!
