When Vital Protein came out it was pretty good, but they have changed it, they when from 2lbs to 1.5lbs same price for less; additionally they removed some key ingredients and kept same same size container to fool the consumer! Once you make a fool of the customer, you loose- too bad, fortunately there are other products to chose from - good bye!

I used this product and was ordering more. It arrived with the most horrible packaging I have ever seen. The new paper container is awful. Lid was pushed in where you were supposed to pull it and no scoop enclosed. I can't believe Sams opted for this inferior container and it is almost impossible to get into without using a knife and look because it is not easy and for seniors almost impossible! Once I finally got into it of course no scoop and I thank God I still had my empty container as this one does not close properly and could get spoiled. I hope everyone that gets this "new" container complains. I will buy elsewhere if it doesn't change.

I have tried many different brands of collagen and this is by far the best I have found. It mixes easily in coffee with no lumps and no taste. You don't even know it's in there. I can tell a difference if I don't take it for a few days. My nails and hair start to break easily. I have been using this collagen for several years now and I will continue to buy this. I am so happy that Sam's club sells this now!

I've always been a huge fan of this product but will be switching to another brand after this last shipment. This container that I just purchased does not dissolve. Clumps float to the top and then it leaves a funky tasting film on the top and around the rim of the cup. One word: YUCK!!! So disappointed in whatever it is that you decided to change.

Loved the product until first they took out the scoop. If you don’t know and throw the last one out you are screwed and it tells how many scoops to use. No scoop. Then they started using a cardboard container that’s so flimsy it’s worthless if you can even get it open. Have to save an old container and pour in that. What’s next? A bag? Do better.

I like the product but hate the container. With arthritis in my hands it is impossible for me to open it. Even my husband has a very hard time getting it open. The lid does not seal so have to pour the contents in one of my lock & lock containers, After I use up what I have I will be buying a different brand for sure. The design of the canister is stupidly designed & useless after it has been opened.
