I mixed the powder with milk, and it tastes awful. It definitely doe not have a neutral flavor as described on the package. I contacted Vital Proteins, and there recommendation is to use it with a smoothie. I bought the product after reading all the reviews and will return it.

What knuckle head decided to change the packaging to thin, cheap cardboard? In addition to this, what knuckle head decided shipping a small CARDBOARD container with heavy boxes of protein shakes was a good idea. It was a collagen EXPLOSION that I will be cleaning for days. Buyer beware, do not order for shipping.

After doing research again on the types of collagen. I,m not buying this product. According to research, contrary to what the manufacturer claims it does make a difference what type of collagen is in the product. I became suspicious when I searched the label for important information and found it was not included at all. I hope Sam's drops this and brings back the products that were forthright in what they contains.

I use this in my coffee, shakes and smoothies. There is no taste what so ever, don't even realize it's in there. I can tell a difference in my joints after 3 weeks of using everyday. I have osteoarthritis and joint health is very important to me. Another bonus is how filling it is, it really curves my appetite for several hours. I ordered this at first off the website but Sams has a better value and more for your buck. Please do not stop carrying this!

I just recently found out that this is NOT the same vital proteins collagen peptides you can buy elsewhere for more money. The packaging looks exactly the same but they took out 2 of the main ingredients!!! (Hyalauronic acid and Hydrolyzed Collagen) these ingredients help regenerate skin and helps with wrinkles. Which is a huge reason people take this to begin with. So disappointed in Sam’s. The fact that the tubs look exactly the same as you would find in any other store is very deceiving to customers who think they’re getting the same product.

I fell in love with this product when I bought it a month ago. It was truly flavorless, even in water. When I reordered, my heart was broken! I dislike the new container! I'm sure it's more sustainable, but as someone with reduced grip strength, it's honestly a nightmare! Please reconsider the package design! In addition, I believe the recipe has been changed. This product has a mildly unpleasant flavor in water now, but the previous product did not, I consume this product in my daily water throughout the day, except for my morning coffee. The first month, I didn't know if it was helping, but then I went a week without it, and my hips, back, shoulders & neck were very achy. After taking this product, again this week and my pain is almost completely resolved. I highly recommend this product, even with the horrible packaging and mild unpleasant flavor, because it works!

I bought this the other day, July 2024, and have just started using it. I was wary because some people said the container was only 1/2 full, but my container was fuller than the fill line shows, the packaging was good, and the expiration date was about a year from now.
