I have been using this product for 5 yrs now. I have tried others due to cost, (expensive like everything else). When I found the new cardboard container I switched back as Iam against Plastic, the container is a bit hard to open, disposal is simple, I toss it in the burn pile, I do very little shopping on line so I do not deal with damaged goods. Iam 67 and in good health, hair and nails have always been good so Iam guessing this product is keeping me in good shape especially my joints.

I've been taking this product for a while. It's OK. But it has begun to be a major problem with the way they reconstructed their containers. I am 61 years old and I don't know how anyone older can open these containers. I struggle with it. It's too hard. You need to do better.

I really struggle opening the new paperboard canister. I just bought my 2nd one. I struggled opening the first one and ended up using pliers and messing up the lid. For this 2nd canister, I followed the video instructions of pinching the rim and pulling, and I still couldn't open it as instructed and had to use tools. That's not safe. Please consider changing to a screw top. I will choose another brand that is easier to open until then. Additionally, once open, it's not secure. I really like your product, but if I cannot easily open it myself, it's of no use.

I've been taking this product for years. This year supposedly ingesting 30 grams of protein per day. Well, my blood was just tested for protein and I'm below normal. I think this is not a good enough product. I'm very healthy otherwise. Here, all these years, I've been thinking I am getting the protein I need, only to find out I'm not. Don't bother buying.

I would not buy this again with your ridiculous new packaging. The pull tab didn't work, ripped the top after I had to force it with a knife. I completely ruined the container with your flimsy, shrinkflation packaging that saves plastic. I will not buy it again unless I can get an original container.

The new cardboard container is literally the worst packaging on the market. They apparently did ZERO real product testing with people who are like their customers. The powder is still great, but if I have problems getting into it, or resealing it because of terrible packaging choices, they have a problem. I'm all for paperboard products when it makes sense, but this apparently is one of those times where the JV team did the designing. Switch to a metal tin or take a note from the oats people. This isn't a new problem that hasn't already been solved for literally 100 years!

Have used this product for several years. It's sad to say but I have decided to no longer purchase it. All because of the new cardboard opening. I have struggled with it the last few times, but this time I had to cut it open. I am a senior and I can't pull it open.

Far too early to notice any changes. I am disappointed about two things though. It's terribly difficult to mix it thoroughly even when using my frother. Plus it is supposed to be 27 servings and there is no way it will last that long. Too expensive to not even last a month.

I have always been very pleased with the quality, and packaging of this product, until my recent purchase. This will be my last purchase of this brand of Collagen, unless they switch back to the original plastic tub with the screw-on lids. This new paper/cardboard container is %231, ridiculously hard to open, and there is no way to keep freshness, once opened. The flimsy paper lids are of the poorest design.

the collagen mixes well in my coffee no clumps and no taste however the packaging is awful. if they want to make packaging like this then they should offer the original packaging and offer packaging like this as a refill they also had no scoop. terrible packaging hard to open not good for travel I'm talking about in the car I'm not a plane because it can easily be smashed. like I said it would be great if they would offer the original packaging with the scoop and use this sort of packaging as a refill for your previous container.
