I have been taking this at the recommendation of my doctor. It helps to fill me up and not snack as much. I needed to add more protein and this does it without a lot of added calories. My knee pain has decreased and the inflammation. I recommend this product.

I tried out this Vital Proteins brand when it was on sale. I had been using the generic/store brand for a few months at about half the price, so I was skeptical that this would be worth the cost increase. I can tell you it absolutely is worth paying more for, and I will never go back to the cheaper stuff! This powder literally melts into my hot tea, almost no stirring needed! The taste is so much lighter as well that I don't even notice it now.

I've used this brand for years, and for some reason, this can does not dissolve well and leaves clumps no matter how I mix it. Frother doesn't help, there is still a thick, gooey, lumpy layer in the bottom of the cup. Even if dissolved in hot liquid.

after having my second child i got postpartum hair loss badly. i tried so many other things from shampoo to pills to help…. none of it did! this was a chance find i saw a article about not having enough collagen after a certain age and other helpful things in this supplement that was really good for you. so i got it and tried it after about 4 months i was literally seeing a significant difference in my hair loss from when i would wash or just brush my hair and it was falling out big time before i started taking this supplement. i would just ball as my hair came out in big wads i could roll around into balls. i saved some so i could see if anything was helping me. i was soooo happy to see so little hair coming out when i brushed it or washed it. it’s truly the only thing that’s helped me. i’m noticing the health and strength of my hair is so much better now and just keeps getting better. i’ve taken this for almost a year total and i do have baby hairs growing all along my hairline where you could see it was thinning out badly. plus now when i pull up my sides you can’t see my scalp as bad as it was before starting this supplement. this has worked so much for me. i hope of helps others as well. especially if you didn’t have help from any of the pricy pills or shampoos that they make for hair loss. i honestly don’t believe i’ll get all the hair i lost back because it was seriously allot but i’m so very happy with the results i’ve had in the close to 1 yr i’ve been taking vital proteins!!!

Best price per oz I have found! I use this everyday in my coffee and wouldn’t want to be without it. A great boost to my morning. Dissolves quickly and doesn’t really have a taste. Is it helping? I’m not really sure but this is the type of product you use long term to see results.

I like how well it dissolves and the fact it has no taste. I use it every day and am very pleased with the results. I used to get my nails done by getting artificial nails put on and this causes you to ruin your own nails. I could not grow my own nails back. My nails were terrible and the only thing that has helped them is this product. I put everything on them and nothing made a difference. I started taking this produce every day and saw immediate improvement in my nails and hair and skin. I was really just taking it for my nails but it improved all of those things, nails, hair and skin. I stopped taking it for a while and boy did I find out that I was right back to where I was before. No nails and my hair was not the same and my skin was so dry and itchy I thought I was just going to dry up and blow away.

I don’t care for the collagen peptides because I can taste it. So I’m exchanging one of them for the chocolate flavored one. The chocolate Vital Proteins collagen is great. Most people do not find the plain flavor bad but I don’t care for it. I will recommend the chocolate one to friends.

On my second container. Take daily in the a.m. and have noticed my hair is getting thicker and my balding area is regrowing hair. My wife started taking it too because she is on a keto diet and noticed her hair is thinning. She just started so the jury is out still for her but my results show improvement in regrowing my hair where it was starting to go bald.

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides makes a real improvement in my hair, skin and nails. It can be mixed into most any liquid of your choosing. I usually add to a cup of coffee. Will completely dissolve and does not add even a hint of any kind of flavor.

This stuff is great for supporting bone growth. I started using this after i broke an ankle and was then told i had osteopenia. I no longer have that and my face has no wrinkles and i will be turning 70 this month. My hair pretty much has no gray. I started my husbund on this stuff and his knees and legs fell so much better. He has to have his collagen. Also, we tried the orgain brand collagen and we felt worse. Went back to Vital Proteins brand.
