Have not been using long enough to notice any changes. I have tried in my coffee a couple of times, but I can't get past the taste. It does not dissolve in ice cold drinks especially in wine. I did mix with some fruit punch and it taste just like Jello. So, if you like Jello I would recommend mixing with room temperature fruit punch before adding ice.

As for the product, everything is super good, I save a lot if I buy it in another store, the only thing is that they left my package at my house, I had to go ask the owner of the other house for it, it still arrived super soon, but that's just it. left at the wrong address

The "new" packaging with the lid that folds back, etc. was nearly impossible to get open.....it is not user friendly -- I had to take a sharp knife and poke at it several times to finally get the lid to release. That, along with no scoop still? Going to go back to another product.

I had no expectations when I started using this product, but after about 3 weeks of taking 4T daily, I'm having less pain in my knees when walking. Now, after about 6 weeks of taking it, I'm seeing some positive change in my hair and nails. I mix the collagen into room temp water with about 1/2 package of a water flavoring packet. Strawberry Lemonade is my favorite. It totally masks the taste of the collagen.

I have tried a few different collagen supplements and this is by far the most versatile and easy to use brand with results I can see. I chose the non flavored (they do have flavored) which I use in my morning coffee, smoothies, soups as well as in my oatmeal or yogurt. It dissolves better in hot foods , no flavor. And when I get it from Sam's the price is unbeatable

I love the fact that it dissolves in ANY liquid, doesn’t have any flavor of its own, my hair %26 nails are so much thicker %26 stronger! What I didn’t realize when I first started using it daily almost a year ago is that there are 70 calories per serving. Since I am also trying to lose weight, I might not have started when I did, but 70 isn’t a deal breaker %26 my hair %26 nails have never been stronger!

This is my 4th time ordering this collagen, after a couple months my nails are stronger and my skin looks better. I like the new cardboard smaller packaging, fits in my cabinet better. Mixes very well in my coffee doesn’t clump like other brands and I can’t taste it at all.

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides makes a real improvement in my hair, skin and nails. It can be mixed into most any liquid of your choosing. I usually add to a cup of coffee. Will completely dissolve and does not add even a hint of any kind of flavor.

Haven’t noticed any difference and I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks now. No issues taking it in my coffee every morning… it dissolves easily in any hot drink. I’m going to finish the container but if I don’t see any different, I don’t think I’ll buy it again.

Best deal on this product. I buy it regularly and see the improvement in my nails, joints, skin & hair. No flavor just what you need. A scoop in my cup of joe does the trick. Downside is it doesn’t come with a scoop anymore, but if you use powders and save the scoops you should have one that works.
