I've been using Vital Proteins Collagen for a couple of months now. I love it as an easy way to get extra protein in my meals. I've noticed improved skin clarity, hair and nail growth and it's a great way to know that my girls are getting adequate protein.

I have been using the Collagen Peptides for almost a year now - it will remain a staple in my routine. I started to notice the difference about 4-6 weeks after I started using this on a daily basis. I don't use protein powders because I try to avoid anything with more than 5 ingredients, also avoid soy and dairy which are in most protein powders. I have noticed a pretty big difference in my skin & I wish I could explain it. Definitely worth it... just try it for yourself you won't regret it. The only thing I recommend is it does have a weird taste to me unless you put it in coffee or hot tea.

This product received great reviews so I tried it. Being more expensive than other collagen powders on the market, I tried another brand. It didn't work the way Vital Proteins works for me. Wow, after reading the reviews…I will NOT be purchasing this product. I haven’t used it in a while and was considering buying it again. But it sounds like they have gone the route of so many other manufacturers and changed their formula and it tastes like plastic too. I can tell so many other products have done that as well. Are they poisoning us???? Seriously. Hopefully, they either go back to their original formula or go out of business for this. And …..no scoop…woke (plastics are bad ..right? As we package paper straws and everything else in….PLASTIC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used two other collagen powders in the past. Neither one gave me the results I wanted. I used Live Well brand because my sister uses it and her hair has so much fullness which she never had since her 20's. I didn't get the results she had so I got back on my Vital Protein. After 2 days my skin is softer like it was when I was using it before. What works for you may not work as well for me. I'm a Vital Protein life user!
