I've been taking these collagen peptides semi-consistently for the past few months and can already tell a difference in my skin and nails. The biggest difference I have noticed is my face is a bit firmer. I haven't noticed many bodily changes yet. It has been about 3 months since I started using collagen. It has been about a month since using this one specifically. I switched over after reading about the differences between Animal and plant-based forms. My sister had been using this one specific and loving it. The downside I would say which I'm sure is just taking my body time to adjust is my pooping is thrown off. I use MCT oil as well and was very scheduled and with this addition, it is no longer the case. I don't even use the full suggested amount, which would be 2 scoops each day, I am 110 and only 5ft tall so I always assume the average is bigger than myself. I use about one scoop. I haven't gained any weight or anything I can just feel the drain from not being emptied. On days I double my usual intake of MCT oil (2tsp instead of 1) it's not as noticeable. In the larger scheme of things, I accept the trade-off of having to figure that one out to continue taking the collagen. Oh, I have also noticed a slight difference in the frequency of my knees hurting which might be related to the taking of collagen. They use to bother me when I would do certain exercises a bit too hard, that happens very rarely now and they aren't bothersome in my day to day. So I appreciate that benefit as well and I am now and will continue to be, a steady consumer of collagen. As far as taste, there is no noticeable difference in my morning coffee and it dissolves relatively good with minimal stirring it in.

I’ve taken this product for nearly a year and found it helpful. Am very disappointed in the elimination of the scoop. I don’t buy your explanation that it’s your way of securing a more environmentally safe world. It’s plain and simple a cost cutting measure on your part. Honestly goes a long way. I just ordered a different brand that was rated significantly higher that yours, so we shall see. Fortunately for me I’ve kept all my scoops and have used them for various other products. The scoop elimination, a big mistake.

This stuff gets me through life! I have horrible Arthritis. I once made the bad decision to save myself money and skip a month of adding this to my superfood shake and the pain came back. I don’t skip it now! Highly recommend to people with joint pain.
