I have been taking 20 g in my morning coffee for almost 3 months now and seeing results in my hair roots coming in darker and LOTS thicker, losing less hair in shower, nails are thicker and smooth shiney, my knees DO NOT bother me at all anymore. Absolutely love this product I felt like I saw a difference in my nails especially right away. Only thing I dislike is the smell and taste of this product if it is mixed in something like water you’re gonna get a weird taste along with a thicker feel. If you put it in something really hot it’s going to smell horrible and taste even worse. The way I find that I have no problems with is in a smoothie. I use sweetened vanilla almond milk, (or whole milk if I’m out of almond) 1/2 a banana, peanut butter, and or Nutella for a hint of chocolate. Other than that the product does what it says it’s going to do so I have no complaints other than the taste really that’s why I gave it 5 stars.

Ordered my first bottle after a recommendation from a friend about 4 months ago. The first month I wasn't consistent. Month 2 I made it part of my daily routine. Best addition to my wellness habits! By my second bottle I was able to see a visible difference in my skin, softer and smoother and I look younger! Kid you not! Total reset button. Now I make sure to get my 2 scoops in. It says taste less but in plain water there is a "taste" I don't mind but if it's an issue for you try with a juice or coffee.

I had been taking vitamin hair supplements for a couple of years and really did not see any improvement. My girlfriend told me about Collagen Peptides but I really didn't take her seriously. It's been 1 month now that I take 2 scoops with my favorite hot liquids, I prefer hot than cold liquids otherwise I find the powder get's clumpy. What made me a believer is I've had a split middle finger nail for a couple of years. My doctor told me to start taking calcium and with no luck. My nail continue to grow and split. After one month I've taking the collagen my nails are all long and stronger. And that one finger nail no longer spliting. I love to see in a few months how my hair will look. Thank you!!

This was my first time trying collagen peptides and I plan to repurchase. They're so easy to take because they dissolve so well and are tasteless. I'm only halfway through the canister, but I can already tell a positive difference in my skin. So happy to have found this!

I was recommended to take this in a book to help promote bone strength. I've taken it for over a half a year now. I have no way of knowing whether it's actually helping. As to wrinkles and lines on my face, I see no difference. Perhaps it's protecting new ones from developing.

I've been using Collagen Peptides for about 6 months (1 scoop per day). It's easy to dissolve in hot or cold liquids and has little to no flavor. Friends have commented on how great my skin looks. I like the way my over-60 joints feel. Noticeably fewer aches and pains, plus greater range of motion. Definitely recommend this product.

Other reviews say they can’t taste it... oof I can and it’s not good! It’s got a terrible aftertaste. It doesn’t dissolve well in cool water. It made my smoothies foamy. Gonna try to use just half a scoop in tea or something, but it’s hard to stomach the flavor.

Didn't realize I ordered the advanced peptide. When added to my hot tea 1/4 of the powder clumps into a hard mass. This is not appealing. Going back to the regular formula. Downgraded one star because of the clumps. However, the components work extremely well. I've been taking the product in one form or the other for about a year. I've notice a difference in the texture of my hair. Its soft and breakage has all but stopped. Nails grow strong. Other than the clumping, would highly recommend this product.

I've been taking collagen for 6 months. The powder is certainly easy to take, very mixable and works well with my protein powder. But in terms of benefits, I would say that's harder to tell. I don't really see any difference in my hair, skin or nails. In fact, my nails still seem to break as easily as before.
