I've tried several different collagen products and this is noticeably the best. Personally, I'm not crazy about the taste. It's not really "flavorless" and hard to mask the flavor even in my fruit smoothies, but overall, I feel the best when I drink it regularly. It's a good product.

I have been using Vital Proteins collagen peptides for about 2 years now and it has done wonders for my hair, nails, and joints. I definitely notice a faster recovery in my workouts when using this supplement daily. The only downfall is it does not mix well or at all in cold liquids for me.
