I just finished a month of Vital Proteins' Collagen Peptides followed by a month of a competitor's similar product. I will be moving forward with Vital Proteins as it is tasteless compared with the other brand and less clumpy, too. I mix the powder into a low-sugar yogurt and make a daily little dessert-like treat with fresh berries and a few walnut pieces on top. At age 50 and not having DNA endowed with good skin elasticity, I am happy to report that I do see an improvement in my jaw line (it's now a bit firmer and straighter) and cheeks (less hollowing and a bit plumper). These improvements were apparent before trying the other brand. My neck skin texture seems about the same as before but the benefits I just listed are enough to keep me on the product for the foreseeable future. I am jogging now, too, so hoping the collagen will also be beneficial to my joints. I encourage you to give this product a try!

I've been using Vital Proteins Collegen Peptides for a year now and love how easily it dissolves in my coffee. The added protein helps me feel full longer after my coffee and breakfast and I have noticed a difference in the strength of my nails and feel a difference in my joints. Big fan.

I've been taking collagen for nearly 4 weeks now. Holy cow!! My nails are growing so fast and it's really helping my skin. I also had a bone density scan this past week and that has gone up too. I really do believe it's the collagen. It mixes well and doesn't have flavor. I've put it in water, smoothies, and coffee. I'm really enjoying it.

My best friend is a doctor and since I cannot afford some of the wonderful products she is privy to... I thought I would try this as a way of posting my skin care routine from the inside. Not only does it not dissolve well and you can definitely taste the grassy taste. After almost 2 months I see no difference. My best friend read the ingredients and said mostly this has a lot of salt in it.Hello water retention didn't notice it until I stopped taking the vital proteins.

I put these collagen peptides in everything- my coffee, matcha, smoothies, etc... no change in taste at all & after a few months using it, I’ve seen such improvement in my hair & skin especially! I bought this just under a month ago to help with the health of my skin, hair and nails. I find it easy to take in the morning with my coffee. I don't even notice that I've added it. So far I haven't noticed any discernable difference in my hair or nails. My nails in particular are still breaking and splitting. Hopefully with continued use I will see some benefit.

At the suggestion of my nutritionist I I bought this product to help with healing after surgery. I rate it high on that it arrived quickly, has no taste and is easy to add to other foods. I add it to my daily smoothie. I don't know how to ascertain if it helped yet.

I’m on my second order of the collagen protein and I see a difference already in my skin. People have commented. I love that there is no sugar in it as I don’t do sugar. I just mix two scoops into my plain yogurt and add fruit. I have this for breakfast every morning. I love it!

I like how quickly it dissolves and with no taste or thickness. But it's very hard for me to continue to by this because of the amount of plastic that I am adding to the problem every month. recyclable or not, its plastic.
