I have bought many, many non soy and non dairy protein powders. And most of them taste disgusting. But this collagen powder is tasteless. I mix mine in my little blender with some fruit and ice. I'll even put it in my daughters yogurt or cereal for the added protein. She never can tell the difference.

I love how easy it is for it to dissolve in hot and cold liquids, I barely notice it in my drink. I've also mixed it in with Greek Yogurt and never knew it was there. I've been getting compliments on how good my skin looks since using! It seems to be helping with the growth of my nails and I believe has been supporting good gut health.

I’m sure what benefits I’ve gotten from using Vital Proteins because I think I it’s too soon to tell from the outside. I imagine it’s working hard within my body to help my skin and hair and nails. I imagine I’ll see external benefits the longer I use it. Don’t care for the taste in water, but I am used to it. I think it’ll be a major support in the long run for my bones and joints.

This powder dissolves all on it's own, you don't even need to stir it when putting it in your coffee. I love that it's unflavored, so it doesn't mess with my coffee creamer flavor. I love that you can put it in baked goods or even in a smoothie. It has also made my nails really strong, and they aren't peeling anymore like they used to. I can finally keep nail polish on my nail without them chipping the first day, which is amazing to me.

I bought this at my local store. The ONLY way I am able to drink this is if I put it in a smoothie drink. Although it says no flavor you can definitely taste it. I am not able to put it in a glass of water because you’ll get gelatin chunks.. I will finish this but I may research a different brand. The container is way bigger than the product that’s provided. Like a bag of chips, nothing but air…

This product seems to be doing a good job as far as getting the protein i need. It isn't as dissolvable as i was hoping. The only beverage that i have found that it works in is coffee, and i don't want my coffee tasting like that everyday. It isn't flavorless.... you can definitely taste it. Almost a malt type flavor.

I've generally been skeptical about the benefits of most supplements and this one was no different. I started following a ketogenic diet 3 months ago and found a recipe for Rocket Fuel Latte by Leanne Vogel, which included collagen peptides. It piqued my interest and decided to give it a shot. I ordered the 10 oz container first and quickly used that up as I made my on RFL blocks and added it in my daily coffee beverages. Now, I've upgraded to the 20 oz container! In the time that I've been using it, my nails have never been stronger! They haven't always been this way and I attribute that to the collagen. They are crazy hard and strong! One of the other big change that I've seen is that my thin, short Asian eyelashes have gotten LONGER since taking collagen. I've been tempted to purchase those serums that promise to make your lashes grow long and lush but those are so expensive! My lashes extend a bit longer after putting on mascara. These two observations and benefits are enough to keep me using them. I'll continue to use the collagen peptides and see if there are any other benefits long-term like joint health, post-workout recovery, etc. I'm a former skeptic who is now a collagen convert.

I add mine to coffee on most days but also this blends in well with water. I have noticed an improvement in my joints (ankles and knees). I suffer from tendinitis and have been able to stop taking Motrin. My GF and I are just about done with one container of it Im gonna buy again.

After using collagen peptides for almost a year I can cry easily say I'm hooked. A year ago I was using a biotein (hair skin and hair) supplement A probiotic to help with my sensitive stomach And a joint health supplement when I learned about collagen and did SO much research before I got a small container of collagen and told myself I would give it 6 weeks. So I stopped taking the other supplants and started adding my scoop of collagen to somthing (water, coffee, tea, yogurt) everyday. It was about 3 1/2 weeks when I relaized I hadn't had any stomachs issues in days, and then at the gym I noticed my knees (joints) were really feeling ok during a leg workout. Little things started coming up where I noticed improvement by 6 weeks. My nail lady, after my normal 3 weeks, was shocked at how much my nails had grown. This has been a saving grace for me and my body. But I think anyone can benifit from it if you give it a chance. I have had numerous friends who are having a hard time using the restroom and having bad tummy pain because of it and when I have them use collagen for a day they were all able to use the restroom without a problem and some of them were so surprised they even decided to start using it after it worked it's magic. You won't regret adding this into your daily routine!
