I started adding vital proteins collagen peptides to my diet a little over a year ago and cannot believe how beneficial it has been. I am very happy with the Vital Proteins collagen peptides. The collagen is tasteless and dissolves easily so I can add it to my yogurt of smoothie. I started using the collagen peptides about a year ago and while I can't prove a direct correlation, I recently had a bone scan that showed a significant improvement in 2 areas. My doctor was very pleased with the change. I also notice my nails are stronger.

I had been taking another popular brand of collagen and I ran across vital proteins. I like that this brand is grass fed, and already had vitamin c added. I find this product to be dar superior to the other brand. I can really tell a difference in my nails and I know it's working internally.

I like the product, I add it to my greens and it cuts the taste. Giving 2 stars because of the removal of the scoop. Using the recommended serving size instead of the provided scoop seems to make it not last as long. You should get “about 34 servings”‘I got about 25 this last month. The 1st month with no scoop I felt like it ran out too quick. So I made sure to take note of when I opened the new one. I remember the container lasting me a month in the past. Either they are giving less or the serving size is incorrect.

So I had only taken this for about 2 1/2 weeks when I started noticing a big difference in my energy, my mood, my arthritis wasn’t flaring up quite as often and I could tell a difference when I ran out of collagen a week later and had to wait a week to get it. That will not happen again!! Thank you Vital Proteins!!

The product works but the formula looks like it has changed. It doesn’t dissolve easily like it used to. I have noticed the change in formula or something for the past 5 months. I use it I’m my hot coffee every morning and it used to dissolve perfectly, like salt. Now it is chunky and it doesn’t dissolve easily-I have done nothing different and it has been happening with many containers of the blue vital proteins. They don’t address why this is. Hmmm

I had to retrieve my scoop from the recycle container! Whew! On the new label, without the scoop, it shows 4 tablespoons as a serving size rather than 1-2 scoops. I measured out 2 tablespoons, and it's the same as one scoop. So if you no longer have your scoop, simply measure with a tablespoon. Hope this helps! Love the product!

I brought this a few weeks ago and I am really enjoying the results... initially, one scoop caused headaches in the first two days so I lowered it and added a 1/2 of the scoop gradually and have had no headaches or other side effects.. overall I can see immediate skin and nails change.. smoother skin and longer nails.. but what I brought this for was the gerd.. to strengthen my digestive and throat... it has worked wonderfully and at my preferred dosage I’m expecting even more benefits. I will sign up for the monthly subscription. Also, I was afraid of the ingredient that causes skin to darken, but have only seen improvement in sleep and even skin complexion... The taste is neutral to Gatorade and water...I’ve tried other collagen products and this one is working for me... find what works for you!

After taking it for 6 months Ivsaw an article on the web about dangerous heavy metals in collagen peptides. Your brand was the worst for amount of Arabic. I quit taking it and would like a refund on the last unopened container of it. Sadly I had discarded the box and packing slip so I don't know how to send it back.

LOVE the new paper canister. I was successful opening it properly the first time, and it opens and closes, no problem. THANK YOU, Vital Proteins, for providing a product that has greatly improved my joint health, and for helping not drown our environment in plastic.
