I like the product, but the packaging is terrible. I stored it in my pantry with my protein powder and other powders and I opened it to find little tiny brown bugs in it. The sealing on the packaging is terrible. But I like the product

I love this product. However, i had to knock a star off simply because the new packaging is really BAD! As an older person it complicates things. Even my husband hates it...... So please, get something better to open it! PLEASE! thank you!

First two containers were fine and tasted normal the second order was not good it smelled like vinegar just an odd flavor and smell. I store it in a ceramic air tight jar so I know its not my storing.

I tried this new packaging when it first came out, and it tasted like cardboard in my coffee, unless I add cream, which I don't. I tried it again this month, and it still tastes like cardboard.

Product is great. Packaging sucks if you have hand arthritis. The pull tab is teensy and hard to grub. Even if you grub it, it doesn't pull easily. They could fix this but won't. Save yourself time ….just get a knife to open it

Completely silly packaging. You make more of the packaging change than the product itself in your product description. The top is almost impossible to open and I don't certainly expect the top to survive a tip-over.

There is a noticeable difference in my fingernails and hair. My nails are hard, hair feels healthy. I mix Vital Proteins in my smoothie every morning. It tastes good. I do think it's a bit pricey, but worth it.

I have a subscription they've recently made the container smaller and didn't alert customers. Shrinkflation. I like the product and have been using for a long time but expensive.

We have been using this for a long time. One of the favorite things is how easily it dissolved in hot or cold drinks. The most recent container we purchased from Sam's is more grainy. It won't dissolve in hot or cold liquids and clumps up.

The packaging on this product is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have used a knife, a pair of pliers and still am unable to open it. Obviously, I WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN UNTIL YOU GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
