I don’t understand what the big deal with the scoop. Why not just state on the container the recommended amount in a simple to understand amount. Few people have a food scale in grams just hanging around the kitchen. How many teaspoons for 10-20 grams???? Keep it simple. I just started using the stuff so I can’t say if it works yet

I had a rough year of surgeries and time spent in rehab in 2019. At the end of the year during my last stay, I was losing hair in CLUMPS! I primarily started using Vital Proteins for joint health. I was aware of its other benefits but didn’t really think I would notice a difference. After a month of vital proteins my skin texture has improved and my hair is much stronger than it was before. A really noticeable difference! This product has given my knees new life. No more cracking or popping. Thank you. Just one question; the last order does not dissolve completely. It seems that there will be small clumps that will not dissolve .This happens every other shipment. Any ideas why? But I do know it has made a positive difference in my joints. Thank you!

I like the flavorless collagen peptides because I'm not a big fan of flavored drinks and I can easily mix it into my water when I workout without a weird taste. However, I do sometimes have residue on the bottom of my water bottle and it gets a bit foamy. I think a blender bottle is probably the way to go.
