[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this product for about three years now and I absolutely love it- for many reasons. 1. Protein! Just one serving provides enough protein for my coffee, protein shake, or daily smoothie. I feel full until the next meal when I’m able to incorporate these into my breakfast! 2. Glowing skin! I definitely have noticed that my skin feels brighter and more glowing overall. 3. No taste- I add these to everything from coffee to smoothies to yogurt and don’t taste anything!

I loved the idea of the capsules until I found out how many you had to take and the mg per serving. The recommended dose is 6 pills/3.3 mg, twice a day... Its a bit excessive. Next time I'll definitely get the sticks or another tub instead. WAY easier that way. Love the concept but definitely needs work

I've been using collagen for over a year now and I love it. I recommend vital proteins to every one because that's how invested in this product I am. I just got a new batch in the mail and for the first time ever the two times that I've used it it has no dissolved so great in my coffee (whereas before I never had issues). In fact, prior to this bay h my coffee never changed colors either from the collagen and now it's lifhtening up when I add the collagen. Not sure if the recipe or ingredients changed.

I know that collagen peptides are incredibly good for you, so just for THAT reason, I tolerate it. I don't care what anyone says, you can certainly taste it, I can ONLY barrels drink it in my coffee, and even then, it's a struggle, it activates my gag reflex like you wouldn't believe! However, the bottom line is, your body needs it, and your body will thank you. If it's good for you, the taste shouldn't matter and you should suck it up, but I wish people on these reviews were more honest about the taste.. Ps. It's a 5 star product, but the taste takes away one star!

I've been taking Collagen Peptides from Vital Proteins for more than a year and the main difference is felt on my joints and am able to recover from soreness quicker. I don't agree that it is tasteless but it does not really bother me. It is little uncomfortable on my digestion system and I could switch to the Marine collagen Peptides one but the price is too high. In any case I am overall happy with this product and will continue to use it.

I initially received this product as a free sample for the purpose of my honest review. I didn’t expect too much in the way of results and I dreaded the taste that usually comes with the other collagen powders I have tried. I was delighted at the lack of taste and I noticed my arthritis pains were becoming less and less pronounced. My hair began to become thicker and my nails stopped peeling. I have now been purchasing the product for 4 months and will continue to do so!

I've been using this for a few months now and loving how strong it makes my nails. I feel like it's improving my skin as well :) I've used other collagen powders that were OK, but I could always taste them in my coffee (gross). Vital Proteins is the only one I've tried that I don't even notice in my coffee or yogurt.

Although I bought the beauty collagen first because I wanted the flavors I did purchase the unflavored after looking at the higher levels of collagen. I was floored at how quickly it dissolves even in cold water. I use a glass jar add filtered water first then add two scoops then shake well. I like to drink this very cold so I put it back in the fridge for maybe 30 min. When I get it out it looks like plain water. Yes there is a small taste but it really it’s unflavored. Love it and love what it’s going for my hair, skin, nails & joints.

Since I've started putting a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides in my tea everyday, I've seen an amazing difference. I make my tea just the same - little sugar, little cream, and simply add the collagen. My nails are so strong and shiny, the lady at the nail salon thought I had clear polish on! I haven't noticed a difference in my hair or skin yet but my digestion is better, for sure. I absolutely love all VP products!!
