So i bought my first tub about 2 months ago and i thought it wasn’t too bad when i mixed it into my coffee. I don’t know if it was mind over matter but i feel like i could taste it, even though it was flavorless. Second time i ordered it, it was much more clumpy and gooey when i put it in my coffee. It’s been a chore to finish the container and I’m not sure if i want to continue ordering this product. I’m not seeing a difference in my nails or hair or skin, but some days i think i have less stiffness in my joints. Still on the fence…

I was recommended to take this in a book to help promote bone strength. I've taken it for over a half a year now. I have no way of knowing whether it's actually helping. As to wrinkles and lines on my face, I see no difference. Perhaps it's protecting new ones from developing.

I started putting a scoop of the collagen peptides in my morning coffee and in water at night. It took about 2 weeks until I noticed a big change in my joints. No more discomfort!!! I’m convinced of the benefits associated with collagen peptides. I must say, the product dissolves well in hot or room temperature liquids but does clump in cold beverages. I started using Vital Proteins for joint health and the other benefits are plus! I started using Vital Proteins in my coffee and cooking with it about a year ago. My hair dresser has noticed a big difference with my hair and my nails are stronger! I love it!

LOVE Vital Proteins Collagen. I got the plain beef, vanilla and chocolate cherry. The flavors are so good in smoothies. Simple ingredients are a must for me and I'm just so impressed with how clean they keep their products. Really excited to try the creamers next paycheck and the matcha at some point soon as well! We will need a restock soon! Hoping we can last! :)

Bad reviews on not mixing but I’ve found it to resolve well in my hot tea/water. I only use one scoop as there is a light “taste”. I’m also not sure if it’s this that is giving me a headache or one of other many things but I have noticed it past couple days. Will monitor and see.

I’ve been using a combo of the collagen peptides and marine collagen for the last few months as part of my daily diet. I put two scoops into hot lemon water every morning or add it to my smoothie. I’ve been really happy with it and I feel like it’s essential at this point. I don’t care for the texture just dissolved in cold water but that’s an easy fix. Great product.

After taking it for 6 months Ivsaw an article on the web about dangerous heavy metals in collagen peptides. Your brand was the worst for amount of Arabic. I quit taking it and would like a refund on the last unopened container of it. Sadly I had discarded the box and packing slip so I don't know how to send it back.
