[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 26 about to be 27 and hey, you gotta start so I decided to buy these. I actually noticed I\improvement within a week. I use it in my smoothie (scoop) and drink. My nails are the fit things I noticed because usually my nails break off as soon as the grow and my nails seem stronger, and longer now without the edges breaking. I also noticed it helped my lashes, I have very long lashes but I feel like this gave it more shine, strength, but the #1 sure thing I’m noticing is my nails are strong af now. Which I love.

I have been using Vital Proteins for years and couldn’t be happier with this product. I stopped using it for 4 or so months to test it, to truly see if it made a difference in how I felt in general. And I realized that I did feel better all around when I incorporated Vital Proteins in my diet. I couldn’t wait to add it back and will continue to use this product forever.

I really enjoyed this powder. I used it in my morning coffee, splitting the dose between 2 cups that I drink every morning. It mixes very well with hot liquid. It is kinda cool watching it dissolve. My hair and nails are much better, and I feel better after only using 1 large plastic tub. My only complaint was that I would get a small stomachache, but I am not sure this was the cause. I WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN. I WILL STICK WITH THE REGULAR COLLAGEN PEPTIDES FROM VITAL.

I have been using about 1/4-1/3 of a scoop most days of the week. About 3-3 weeks ago I developed dry patches on the inside of my lips inside my mouth. I stopped a few things thinking it was that and no changes happened. Even thought it was dehydration and I drink a lot of water so I knew that was not the case. I stopped this product almost 2 weeks ago and have noticed it has changed. I am disappointed because I discovered this not that far into a new 10 oz package. Ugh! I guess I will find out if this product helped with my hair and nails.....

I love having added Vital Proteins to my daily routine. The advanced formula with hyaluronic acide and vitamin C made a visible difference in my fingernaile within a week, and overall everything just feels better. My only piece of advice to new users is to get a little frother to help mix it into your drink. It disappares completely and is totally flavorless.

After a few months of trying to justify the cost, I finally made the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised with how easily it blends into my morning coffee with no weird taste. With a few other changes in my diet, I've already noticed some positive effects. I will definitely be repurchasing!

I really like this product! My first week using it I could notice a difference in my skin, it seemed a little more supple. I'm going to continue to use it for my hair as I'm hoping it will help with the brittleness and on top of that hard water is a killer for hair! I normally take this in water in the morning before I eat anything. 4 stars because I'm unsure of a difference in my hair; I've been using 3 weeks now.

I’ve been using this for almost a year now... I put in my coffee daily or in a smoothie. Has no taste, which is great and I really believe that it has helped my hair grow! I have tried many things to help my hair grow faster, but I truly do believe this was the missing piece. Will continue to use!!!!

I have suffered with constant back pain since 2011 due to arthritis and a fall. I was tired of taking pain meds, so after diligent research and great reviews, I decided to give it a try. I add it to my coffee each morning. After the 4th day, I noticed I was walking straight up instead of my usual leaning forward. I couldn't believe that only after 4 days, most of my pain had subsided. By two weeks, I was completely pain free. I felt so good! Sleeping without tossing and turning every half hour and able to get up without feeling stiff was amazing! I felt so good I hurt my back trying to do a back-bend lol. At that time, I finished my first container and decided to try Orgain Peptides. After a few days, my back pain begin to increase. I wasn't sure if it was do to my back-bend attempt or switching peptides. I continued with the Orgain for two more days and realized it had to be the switch in products. I can say, the Orgain strengthened my nails. I switched back to Vital Proteins and withing the 3rd day, I have very little pain. I decided to take 1.5 scoops of the vital proteins and a half scoop of Orgain in hopes that my nails would continue to grow. I feel like my joints have been oiled.
