Absolutely cannot get it to dissolve in water like it claims…especially if it is anything above room temperature. It globs in the glass and is a gelatinous ball that is not pleasant to consume. Don’t like it in my coffee at all—weird flavor and consistency. I keep trying to make it work, but I’m running out of patience.

I loaded with this peptide for 8 weeks in November last year, as suggested by Dr Axe. Following this, I supplemented with one does first thing in the morning with a vit C tab and continue to do so six months later. My only regret is not taking a photograph. I am tempted to stop and restart in order to convert any doubters but this was an expensive endeavor. I am in my late 40's with the usual signs of aging. I've been using this since about May and the pain and discomfort in my arthritic knee is close to a zero. My skin feels softer and I feel like it helps keep my weight down. I put it in my coffee every morning or I make a high protein shake. It's great and I highly recommend it!

I felt a quicker recovery after workout and running. Energy level is definitely higher than before taking Collagen Peptides. I first started using it in my coffee but then switched to my morning smoothie. The blender worked a lot better at making sure the collagen didn't clump. Although I didn't have problems with it mixing into the coffee, I did have an issue with clumping in cold water. No biggy though... just changed modes of ingestion. Great product!

I've been using my vital prottein collagen in two ways: a scoop in my water at the gym after working out and in a delicious paleo banana bread to give it added protein!! It's delicious and I can't live without it. Very pleased with this product and have every intention to keep using it.

The only reason I am knocking this down a star is because it is an absorbent amount to pay for a collagen supplement. I feel this makes my hair grow nice and thick, even on my face, (unwanted, but it is what it is, peach fuzz). It makes everything grow faster and seems to strengthen my joints as well.

My nails grew stronger and longer than before. I was told by several people that my hair looked longer and healthier too. Product dissolves great in coffee and in smoothies... even adds a nice frothiness to them. I only wish there was a flavored version of just the collagen peptides without the added HA and probiotics.

My hair line has a ton of new hair growth. I'm currently wearing a headband to keep it tamed because it's at a weird length and just sticks up when I put hair in a ponytail. I also just had an annual physical with my doctor and they commented on how long and strong my nails look! Yayy!
