I dissolve this in room temp water. Cold water has it clump up and hot water/coffee/tea supposedly destroys the proteins (so you should NOT use it that way). I find it helps joint pain; don’t see any difference in skin/hair/nails. It tastes awful in plain water but I use very little to dissolve the powder, then chug down a plain glass of water right after it.

I have been using this product for a few months and it is easy to use and there is no after taste when added to coffee or tea. I bought this more for my joint health since my shoulders were strained and very painful, with yoga, PT and vital collagen peptides they have improved and no new strains or injuries have occurred.

3/4 cup Fage Greek yogurt (2%) 1/4 cup organic 2% milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp Swerve brown sugar Generous sprinkle of cinnamon 1 tbl ground chia seeds (use coffee grinder) 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Muesli. 2 scoops collagen peptides Separate a 32 oz container of Fage into 5 bowls. Add all the ingredients to each bowl except the collagen peptides and ground chia seeds. Stir each bowl, put a lid on them, and stick them in the fridge. Add collagen peptides and ground chia seeds right before eating each bowl and stir. I eat this every morning and it’s delicious. Full of protein, fiber, and yummy goodness. My ache joins aren’t so ache any more and my skin’s looking better. I’m close to 60. I also eat a vital protein bar every day. They help me get enough protein in everyday. I’m a meat lover but there’s only so much of it I can eat a day.

I received my monthly Vital Protein collagen. The paper lid was not completely sealed and there was powder in the packaging box. Then when I opened it there were brown specks all iit. I have never seen that before. I am not going to use it and would like a refund.

Bought this after seeing commercials on TV. Having bulging disks in my spine which is extremely painful. Also my knee has no cushion, this seems to be helping and my face is clearing up and I also am seeing a difference in my hair as well. I also love the mocha creamer for my coffee!! This product has been great for my husband's knee pain. He's been taking it for over 6 months now and after about 2 or 3 months of taking it his knee pain disappear. We've recommended it to a friend that suffers from the same thing and I'm sure he's going to have great results.

Initially, I wanted to buy collagen in pill form as the thought of adding a powder mix sounded dreadful. Powders never mix well and they always change the taste of what you are drinking. After trying other collagen supplement brands, I would suffer from acne breakouts. I actually purchased this product to help with postpartum hair loss and to improve my skin. I have been using it for two months now and I can’t really notice a difference in my hair or my skin honestly BUT all my belly bloating is GONE (when I use it everyday) and it has really improved the quality of my sleep if I drink it at night.
