Why in the world did you change packaging. My collagen is now clumpy because it’s not sealed correctly. Moisture is getting into the box you now have as packaging. This product costs way too much to waste. I’ve been using vital proteins for many many years. This will be my last. It’s ridiculous to package a powder that isn’t sealed tightly.

I would like to know what have you changed in this product, other than the text on the the label, from "original" to "advanced", that warrants the price increase? If it is the same product "as we have come to love", why then not say the price is increasing, instead of a long, content-empty email to subscribers? Also, the product is no longer manufactured by a Franklin Park company, it is manufactured "for" that company. Please provide a real answer below, instead of asking me to call or email you. I started taking this in March 18. Physically the changes I have seen is my hair growing faster, but the major change has been in my digestion. I love that it doesnt taste like anything. If you feel a funky flavor call customer service and they will help you! It happened to me once, but I knew it was not supposed to taste like anything so called them right away and they fixed it for me. Cant have my coffee without this. Addicted!

I bought this a month ago, used the 20g a day it called for. I did not see any difference in anything! My joints still aches, my nails and hair are as they were. They have always been healthy I just thought I would see growth as you read in other reviews. No difference in my skin either. Waste of money in my opinion. I rate this product a ZERO!

I decided to give Vital Proteins a try because I have been doing weekly workouts and my knees and joints were starting to bother me! One of my fellow coaches uses Vital Proteins and she said it did wonders for her! Well, I have have been taking it for a weeks now and it has made a big difference! My knees don't hurt and I can get through my workouts! I have even noticed the difference in my hair and nails too! Great product and will definitely keep using it!!

Vital proteins is Awesome! It has cleared up my skin. Made my skin more elastic. My acupuncturist says the needles stand up when she uses the needles on me. This product from what I can see has no added ingredient's like some of the others on the market. Your company has honesty to it, in which I value very much. Thank you!

Been a fan of the regular VP collagen but was also supplementing with vitamin C and several other joint supplements. Having 2 hip replacements and a family history of arthritis I don’t play around with my supplements (I’m also a personal trainer and very active) so when they added Hyaluronic Acid to the mix I was sold~ and the dosage is on point as well to actually make a difference. Only been on it for a week so time will tell but so far my nails are loving it! It dissolves well too! I’m very excited that they combined 3 very effective joint, bone and skin ingredients into 1 product! I feel like VP’s keeps their finger on the pulse of the future of joint care and love that!

Such an easy way to add protein and collagen to your diet. I mix one scoop to each cup of coffee in the morning. Mixes easily into hot liquid and can’t taste the difference. My nails and hair have never looked bettee - growing in length and strength.

I've enjoyed drinking this product for the last month, but I hesitate to order more as I don't feel there's enough transparency with where the cows are raised and in what conditions exactly. "Grass fed + pasture raised" is great but as a consumer I need more information about the animals to feel good about continuing to purchase from Vital.

I’ve been purchasing Vital Proteins for about 6 years. I started using it because of digestive issues and healing process. I have noticed less reactions to foods I’m sensitive to and my skin has also improved. I use both peptides and the gelatin. I love the versatility in baking my flatbreads and other recipes.
