I have been using this product for three months now and I really like it. I am in my late 30’s and a runner and have noticed a significant difference in my joints and my skin. Great product! I use it in drinks and baking. I love that it also comes in the on the go packets too so I can take them on trips or put one in my bag if I’m too busy before I head out to make a drink.

I started taking vital proteins collagen peptides about 3 months ago. I bought it mostly for my joints. I have noticed my skin and nails are much better. My nails used to break and peel. I'm still waiting to see if it can help my joints. I have osteoarthritis. My back and knees have had surgery, I'm hoping it will prevent other issues with my joints. I recommend giving it a try. If you order through vital proteins program it will save you money. You can't taste it but i have found it blends better in hot water. If you want a smoothie try mixing it in hot water before putting it in a cold before mixing.

The reconstituted powder seemed to add a "jello-y" flavor to the no cal drinks I mixed it with. The flavor was not necessarily bad, it was just less good than without the collagen. It mixed well in hot water, but even after fully dissolved I had problems with the beverages I added the cooled collagen solution. The components of the beverages I mixed it with came out of solution and settled after the collagen solution was added. I never had a problem with the beverages being unstable before. If the powder was not first dissolved in hot water, white particles that were hard to dissolve where on the sides of the glass. Also, my husband made the mistake of only pouring the solution in the glass and not vigorously stirring it. The solution would settle at the bottom of the glass. Then he thought he could just swirl the glass, but that did not incorporate the solution. However, it is still an effective way to consume high quality collagen/protein.

I love this product and recently decided to subscribe to the larger 20 oz size. The scoop in the larger size container looks visibly smaller than the one I had in the smaller 10 oz container and I double checked by pouring liquid from one to the other. However the package says each scoop is 10 grams of collagen per scoop. What is the actual measurement for the scoop in the 20 oz container? Thanks

I’ve been using collagen powders on and off for years but this one is by far my favorite. It dissolves into my coffee quickly and love that with it being unflavored I can add it to anything. I’ve also used it in puddings and yogurts if I choose to skip coffee for the day and every time it’s worked great. I’ve already noticed a difference since using this brand and have been ensuring I use it daily since I started using Vital Proteins

I was so excited to start using this product! But once I removed the top of my brand new container, I was so disappointed to see that it’s basically half empty! The jar/container could literally be half the size, to accommodate how much powder is actually in there.

My hair grew in a burst the first few days after adding this to my morning tea pot. I usually have 2 small pots of green tea in the morning (about 3.5 cups). And not just hair on my head ... pretty much everywhere my hair grew (wink). My nails also sprouted quickly —yet so far not in strength (my nails are paper-thin, peel, split, tear and usually only grow out a small amount in length. I will keep note also on whether this will strengthen my nails (which would be awesome!) My skin overall seems to be a bit smoother and my complexion is soft and clear. I will need to keep note of firmness as time goes on. My average dose currently is about 1-2 scoops per day. Not sure yet about how it is affecting my tendons/joints however between this product and my daily stretches and walking I feel a bit more at ease of movement. This is my main reason for purchasing this type of product. This is mostly tasteless/odour less —reminds me ever so slightly of powder-creamer. I do not taste or smell when this is in my hot tea. I have no issues with it clumping —I find them to be easily whisked-out and when using the proper amount of liquid there shouldn’t be an issue. Good value as one container lasts a month and a little over since my dosage varies 1-2 scoops per day. I have already recommended this to a friend and she too is enjoying the benefits.

I've been using this product by subscription for 2 years now. I take it with coffee every morning and feel energized to start my day. I used to have joint pains in my knees and hips after yoga and contributed it to aging, but since I started using this product I'm pain free and I didn't have to give up yoga :) My nails are long and strong and hair grows so fast that I can't keep up dying it. I'm not sure about benefits of this product on my skin since I use other skin products also. In general, I can say simply say "It works".

I have definitely noticed a change in my skin and nails (stronger nails - I have very thin nails). I actually have not been paying to much attention to my hair but I would assume that falls in line with the rest. I am embarking on a healthier lifestyle - between the workouts for the wedding and just learning to generally take care of my body - the individual packets go perfectly in a morning smoothie or my morning black tea! While it has been a little over a month I would definitely recommend the collagen peptides for anyone looking to improve the health of their skin and nails!

I've been using my vital prottein collagen in two ways: a scoop in my water at the gym after working out and in a delicious paleo banana bread to give it added protein!! It's delicious and I can't live without it. Very pleased with this product and have every intention to keep using it.
