I wanted to add collagen supplement to my diet with the goal of joint health while I am in marathon training. Vital Proteins is quick and easy, one scoop in my morning coffee and I’m out the door. Knees feel great, and all my amino acids are covered!

the product is great. I have been taking for years and I believe makes a difference in my skin appearance but you also have to consider genetics, water intake and diet. I would like to point out that the new packaging is terrible! It is very difficult to open for people who have grip or hand issues. I cannot pinch and pull up. I ended up just cutting open and pouring all the product into my old container!!!! Thankfully I had not thrown it out. Switch it out or I will switch to another collagen. There are other choices. Why change what was working?

I recently purchased the collagen peptides as a recommendation from a couple friends who gave me some packets and I noticed a difference in my skin - so I took the plunge and ordered more! I am getting married next year so healthy skin, hair and nails is a priority on my every day beauty regime. I have definitely noticed a change in my skin and nails (stronger nails - I have very thin nails). I actually have not been paying to much attention to my hair but I would assume that falls in line with the rest. I am embarking on a healthier lifestyle - between the workouts for the wedding and just learning to generally take care of my body - the individual packets go perfectly in a morning smoothie or my morning black tea! While it has been a little over a month I would definitely recommend the collagen peptides for anyone looking to improve the health of their skin and nails!

Like the product but newest container brags about no longer including a PLASTIC scoop. When you open the HUGE PLASTIC CONTAINER it is half full. Maybe keep the tiny plastic scoop and reduce a ton of plastic by making the container HALF the size.... we're not stupid. Respect your customer please.

I was looking for a low-calorie protein powder I could add to my morning smoothies in order to keep my energy up while still losing weight. This has been working great! I feel good and the taste is unnoticeable. The collagen is just a bonus for me, though I don't think it's been long enough for me to notice any difference from it yet.

I've been using this product for about a month now. I started out using 1 scoop daily. I'm not sure if I was using the product long enough/using enough of it to tell a huge difference. Since my second order I have went up to 1.5-2 scoops daily. I definitely notice that my hair grows so quickly! I think my skin overall has a smoother texture to it. My fingernails have gotten stronger and grow almost too fast for my liking haha!! The product has a slight flavor but it's not terrible. Also recommend mixing it into a warmer beverage, it clumps up a bit if I try to mix it with anything that is room temperature or colder. All in all, I love this product and I will continue using 1-2 scoops a day and I will update my results after a few months of continued use!

I haven't noticed any life changing differences, but my skin does seem to be brightening. I've only been use the product for about 5-6 weeks now and plan on continuing to use to see how it affects me in the long-term! I bought the travel packets too so I can make sure I get my collagen every day now :)

This product was promptly shipped and received which I appreciate! It blends well in smoothies and has a good consistency. I can’t tell if it is benefiting me health-wise. I eat really healthy already so I’m just unsure about the health benefit part.

Been a fan of the regular VP collagen but was also supplementing with vitamin C and several other joint supplements. Having 2 hip replacements and a family history of arthritis I don’t play around with my supplements (I’m also a personal trainer and very active) so when they added Hyaluronic Acid to the mix I was sold~ and the dosage is on point as well to actually make a difference. Only been on it for a week so time will tell but so far my nails are loving it! It dissolves well too! I’m very excited that they combined 3 very effective joint, bone and skin ingredients into 1 product! I feel like VP’s keeps their finger on the pulse of the future of joint care and love that!

I absolutely love this product. I have slow growing hair and nails. My hair is very fine and thin nails.Since I started using this my hair is growing faster and it's thicker. My nails are also growing faster and are a little stronger. My skin has improved also. I've only use 1 container so far. I am so excited about how everything is going to be once I've used it longer. I haven't had a problem with the container but the instructions on how to open it could have been better. I like the fact that it's paper less plastic the better. I am however going to purchase a glass container to store it in now that I'm sure that it will be something I will continue to use. What would be nice is if they did a special and it came with a reusable glass storage container for reuse. Crazy all the people complaining about the package when they could have saved the old one they liked and reuse it.
