I have tried different flavors to find my favorite and this one is the best, because it doesn't have one! I mix 2 scoops with 20 ounces of warm water in my blender bottle and then add ice after shaking and it dissolves. I have not added it to any other drinks yet because I really enjoy drinking water, especially if it has more added benefits! I add it to 20 ounces of water because there is a slight smell and taste, but with more water it goes away completely. Pleasantly surprised there really is no taste and enjoy drinking this! Four stars instead of five because of the slight smell and taste if not enough water is used.

I was very skeptical at first because I was seeing it all over social media. Then a friend bought it and had nothing but good things to say about her results so I decided to give in and try it. I am obsessed! In just 3 weeks I noticed my nails were so much harder and stronger, my skin looked firmer and more clear and my hair didn't have terrible ends a month after getting it cut. I am so pleased! I'll definitely be ordering the large canister next time since I'm hooked. I can't wait to try other Vital Protein products

After a few months of trying to justify the cost, I finally made the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised with how easily it blends into my morning coffee with no weird taste. With a few other changes in my diet, I've already noticed some positive effects. I will definitely be repurchasing!

It truly has no taste or smell (which I cannot say for another brand I purchased and couldn't even use because it smelled so horrible). It dissolves easily and completely in my coffee and doesn't change the taste or texture (I haven't tried it yet in cold liquids). I haven't been using it long enough yet to be able to really notice all of it's benefits, but my hair seems to be growing faster and that is the main reason I started using this product.

I have been using Vital Proteins for over two years now. I cannot tell you exactly when I noticed the difference, but my hair and nails are in top shape. My nails are white and my hair is shiny and grows pretty fast for a 50 yr old. My skin has not suffered the last two winters due to the east coast cold winters. This has become a natural routine for me daily. I place in my morning coffee and go.

I love this product and I've been using it for over 6 months.I started with using the capsules and noticed the results. So then I switched to the powder after I heard it was even better. I have noticed that my wrinkles are reducing. I used to used this religiously, but the past few shipments I've noticed that powder doesn't blend as well as it used to. It clumps super easily and I feel like I'm wasting a lot of the powder by fishing out the clumps and throwing them away. I'm not sure if something changed. But this issue caused me to cancel my subscription and try other similar products to see if I can get the same results without the clumps. I still absolutely love this product, I'm just wondering if something changed or how I can reduce the clumping. Maybe I just got a few bad batches?

I want to try this collagen peptides but is the 5oz jar enough for 8 weeks? I'd like to spend a little less when I first try this without opting to SUBSCRIBE right away. Excited to try just need to know if that small jar will be enough. thank you!

I've Tried So Many Anti Aging Products over The Years, Nothing Is As Easy and Effective As VP! I Just Mix It Into My Morning Coffee Or Protein Shake And It's Done! I've Used Other "Flavorless" Supplements, But They Would Still Change The Taste Of My Drinks Or Water. My Glow Came Back Within A Couple Weeks And I Didn't Look As Tired Anymore. I Have Peace In My Mind.

I've been using this product for three months and my hair and nails have grown significantly and that time. I've especially noticed huge difference in my nails. My stomach feels calmer and I feel like It has significantly helped my digestion. It tastes great when mixed with coffee or hot tea and I have no plans of discontinuing the use of this product. I absolutely love it!

I haven't noticed any life changing differences, but my skin does seem to be brightening. I've only been use the product for about 5-6 weeks now and plan on continuing to use to see how it affects me in the long-term!
