I have bought many, many non soy and non dairy protein powders. And most of them taste disgusting. But this collagen powder is tasteless. I mix mine in my little blender with some fruit and ice. I'll even put it in my daughters yogurt or cereal for the added protein. She never can tell the difference.

There are some great benefits that I have noticed from this product like more hydrated, less itchy skin, reduced knee pain and major hair and nail growth/strength. Those are all things that make me want to love this product. The bad thing is that I have developed terrible neck, jawline, and cheek acne that are deep painful cysts. I have not been able to get rid of them to save my life including using retina-A. The same pimple will last weeks and weeks and I'll get five more before any disappear. I have not changed anything else, and am not prone to acne so I must attribute this change to the collagen peptides. I can't handle the acne and am sad to have to say goodbye to all of the other great benefits this product has brought about.

I just started using this product so I trust that in time it’s going to do what it says it’s going to do, but I CAN comment today on the taste - they are telling the truth. There is none. Just pop it in your coffee and slurp away, all while becoming more awesome inside and out.

I have been using the collagen peptides for several years now. This product has been beneficial to my health in multiple ways. My hair and nails are very healthy. Prior I was dealing with a lot of breakage for both. The main reason I take this though is because I have Hashimoto's. The main thing I am always focused on is supporting my intestinal health. All disease begins in the gut. I am happy to say that I am tested every 6 mo, and my scores are always great. I believe this product is a part of that success.

I've been using this product for about a month. I've been adding it to my morning cup of chai tea, and it dissolves really well and does not affect the taste of my tea/creamer, and leaves no aftertaste. I honestly can't tell you if it is doing anything special for me or not. I began several better healthful practices, so its hard to know what is benefiting me more. At any rate, I don't feel bad and have had no weird outcomes. I will most likely purchase another month's worth.

This product is tasteless yet somehow enhances my coffee each morning. I can’t pinpoint it because I don’t taste it but my coffee is better with it. My hair is shinier, my skin is nicer, my digestive system is better. It’s a staple for me forever. Highly recommend!

I purchased the unflavored and the strawberry lemonade flavor in the premeasured packets. I love that it’s easy and I can take it anywhere! It isn’t 100% dissolvable as it sounds like it will be, especially when it’s in a cold beverage. Even with a blender bottle I couldn’t get it all to dissolve. Unfortunate. :( I’ll continue to use the unflavored if I notice any difference, but the strawberry lemonade flavor is not very good by itself. I hope to see some results!

I have been using Collagen Peptides everyday for a month by putting a scoop in my coffee. Since starting this product, not one day has passed that I have had a normal bowel movement. Instead I tend to have some mild intestinal distress and loose, piece-y stools. Nothing else about my diet has changed during this time, so I have to deduce it is the collagen. I've reached out to my doctor to see what she thinks. Ive done some cursory research online and there is nothing definitive about constipation or diarrhea symptoms. I have never had intestinal issues prior to now. I'd love to achieve the benefits touted by this product but m not sure I can continue. Has anyone else experienced these types of issues?

Let me start by saying, I'm not someone who takes a lot of supplements. Despite my best attempts, I don't remember to take my vitamins regularly. I'm not on Instagram enough to see all the latest crazes. And I don't have the money to spend on expensive supplements either. Vital Proteins is my exception to all that. I'm in my 30s, so figured now is the time to enhance my skin and protect my joints. And I do think there is a bit more elasticity and glow to my skin and my joints feel smoother (I've had bad knees since high school). Also my nails are strong as heck! This stuff is a bit pricey and it does taste a bit funny (I add it to coffee with cream and that helps a lot!) Also it helps tide me over till lunch time. And while I have no definitive proof of it's usefulness (despite my nails), I've found it worth it enough to keep using it everyday.

I have been using this product for a few years and feel great. As a middle age woman, my joints, hair and skin feel and look so much better than before I started using it. It's easy to mix with any cold or hot beverage depending on the season and/or taste. The individual packets always go with me whenever I travel. They're so convenient! I highly recommend this product.
